Pico PicaHot Sauce 7oz (Pack of 2)

One bottle was leaking slightly when I opened the package. As I prepared to use the hot sauce I noticed the best by date had passed a year ago. I was willing to pay a higher price since I couldn't find this hot sauce in my new state but now I hope it can be returned. So disappointing.Update: Since writing this review, the seller of the product quickly replied to my email and is in the process of making this a satisfactory experience.

I have been searching for a hot sauce that for me was just right. Finally I found it. Thus is now a staple in my kitchen!

Pico is the best hot sauce I've ever used in my 70+ years. Coming from Texas, hot sauce is its own food group, and there are plenty varieties. Some folks go just for the heat, I still like my taste buds, so I opt for Pico Pica that satisfies my taste buds on many different foods, without making me break out in flames and sweats. Heat with flavor in a perfect balance.

This Hot Sauce was introduced to me by my brother in law on a camping trip. We were having breakfast Burritos and I had the option of Tapatio, Chalula or the Pico Pico, Having not tried the Pico Pico I decided to try something new. So I took a bite and then another and then another! Wow is this stuff great tasting! Surprisingly Very Good! I got home and ordered two of the smaller bottles. I took one of the to my shop and in three days my employees used the bottle up and asked if we could get more to keep in the fridge. So this time I got two of the really big bottles. I had to bring one home because I had meanwhile run out at home. Want to try something goos, put Pico Pico in Ramen noodles! This is a really great hot sauce for burritos, tacos, good on scrambled eggs and or potato’s! Buy it, you will like it I promise you!

Oye!!! Wow, excellent taste. A little heat and a lot of flavor. Good on eggs. Must have if you need to spice up your meals.

I have loved this hot sauce for 25 years but wasnt able to find it locally. Saw it on Amazon so I ordered it. Arrived right on time and had tacos that night, i like spicy but with flavor and this sauce delivers. I use it on eggs, mexican food, stews its a great all around sauce

This is my favorite hot sauce of all time! It’s complex and rich flavor is more than just senselessly hot-it genuinely has a great balance. The best way I can describe it is as though it is a spicy enchilada sauce-you’ve got the heat from the peppers, sure, but then there’s a dark sweetness, slight smokiness, and strong garlic to compliment it so well. There’s a slight tang, but it’s subtle and not at all vinegar-heavy. Heck, it’s even thicker than most typical hot sauces, which should tell you its flavor is more complex than just pepper suspended in vinegar. So glad pico pica is on amazon because I grew up eating this when I lived on the west coast and there is not a single other sauce I have ever found that is as good.
