What is the source of the minerals?

The company producing this product is Trace Mineral Research Roy Utah 84067 phone #801 731 6051. I can only tell you my purpose for using this product. Over a year ago I started getting terrible cramps in the calf of my legs. I was told by doctors that taking a product strong in electrolytes would help. I was suffering so much that when I went to my health store. They recommended Power Pak with potassium, vitamin C, Concern Trace and the most important electrolyte. I purchased the Acai Berry packets which I drink in water or mix in juice. Within one week and now over a year I have not had the cramping problem again. I can only speak for myself how glad I decided to take this product.

I would say no. There is about 1 gram of sugar and 20 calories. But it's got the most electrolytes per calorie than other brands I've found. I don't know of any off the shelf products that are keto-friendly, but you can google 'homemade keto electrolyte receipe' sometimes referred to as 'keto gatorade' for some alternatives.

How many packets does this contain

The box in the picture states 30. However, the box I received today, November 15th 2020, my box was short one. Counted it four times to make sure I wasn't imagining. Nope, only 29. Seller of my box, Cranberry, was DF Discounts.
