Is this 1,200 actual lumens?

I am a flashlight collector, many sellers on amazon are false information, I own 15 WUBEN flashlights, the lumens tested are all correct, Wuben is definitely an honest seller, L50 has 5 modes, very bright very satisfied, I would recommend.

Can anyone tell me how bright this flashlight is?

There are four levels of bright with the brightest at 1200 lumens

I used it in the rain for two hours and the flashlight didn't see any seepage, its waterproofing is amazing.

How about waterproof performance?

The rechargeable LED tactical flashlight is waterproof to IP68 , I can use it straight away in the rainy days with no other problems. Even without the rubber stopper, the charging port is waterproof.
