Yes! It will drain and flatten it over night. You will still see a little irritation but it will look 100 times better and remove the temptation to pick at it.

Can they be used in the eye area

I would not recommend it. They work by absorbing the junk inside your pimple. I feel it would be very drying in the eye area.

How long (how many hours) should I keep them? Do I need to remove the patches in the morning?

I put them on right before bed after I wash my face and sleep with them on. Most times they all stay on unless it is near a hair area like the one on your head, eyebrows, or if you have a beard. I take them off in the morning before I walk the dog and take a shower. Think the longest I've had them stay on is 10 hours.

The only cruelty is that they do not work. A waste of money,don't buy.....
