Make sure you order the correct size. ;) I use this to keep the coffee grinds out of the group head on the lelit espresso machine. It also supposedly helps to disperse the water so that i get a full extraction. The metal gets quite hot after use but that's not an issue. It's easily cleaned after cooling down. No issues and am happy to have it keep the junk out of the machine.

I recently purchased this 58mm puck screen for my Profitec Go and am very happy with it. The screen is made of high-quality stainless steel and fits perfectly in my portafilter. It's easy to clean and has improved the consistency of my shots. The puck is now consistently dry and my workflow post-extraction is much cleaner and more straightforward. I don't know why I didn't buy this sooner! As this isn't that expensive, I feel this is a really good addition with solid cost performance.

I purchased this based on a video of espresso machine accessories, with the idea it would help to smooth out the flow of water through the basket. It does this pretty well, but in my opinion the even better function is that it avoids splashback of coffee grounds into the group head, thereby reducing substantially any clean-up needed. A fairly inexpensive, basic but ingenious tool that makes a big difference every time I make coffee.

A better deal now it's £8.50 (Paid £10) this little puck sits on top of your coffee and will aid your coffee extraction and you can tell the difference. It's easy to clean but hard to remove afterwards and end up having to fish it out of my knock box. Also the plastic container it came it took a few shakes to get the puck out.Will get hot after use so be careful. It also saves getting any coffee where the water dispenses on your machine so less mess to clean up after every cup. I constantly use this now.

There's nothing wrong with the product but it's really thick and my portafilter won't lock into place with this inserted. I have a Sage Oracle which auto doses and tamps and obviously fills to the max. In order for this to work as intended, you will need to dose 18 grams into a 21 gram basket to leave enough room for the puck screen. I estimate the screen takes up 15% of the basket's capacity.

The media could not be loaded. It arrived with the handy round box broken but the puck screen itself was fine.I got the right size for my Sage Bambino Plus but I found it a little bit too big and it sometimes gets stuck at a diagonal.It does keep the group head cleaner than it usually does.For the price it’s fine but I don’t find myself using it as much as I thought because of the size it’s a bit too fiddly

Found that the quality of my espresso pulls has increased, and cleaning the machine is much easier. Great investment to keep your Breville clean (this pairs well if you use a scale to measure your grounds; I find 17-19g of coffee with this fits perfectly)
