Men's Energy Cloud Wide m Running Shoe

I love these shoes, they're basic black and won't win any awards for being the most aesthetically pleasing (I'm a girl) but as someone with wide, flat feet who has to wear men's athletic shoes, I've learned to value performance over looks. I do a lot of walking, 5 to 10 miles a day, and these shoes are super comfortable and were great right out the box! I ordered a half size up based on the previous reviews and am happy I did. I'm also happy with the width. These are my first pair of Adidas so I was fearful their idea of wide would be a joke, like some other brands.Update: 06/11/18I've developed holes in the mesh of the toebox! Not surprising since I have a history of this issue, but it happened way faster with these shoes than previous shoes. I don't use them for running, just walking but I guess that was enough. I bought some special tape to try and prevent the hole from getting any bigger but who knows how long that fix will last. Gonna have to take off 1 star.

Although, it is wide the shoe is a little bit tight. I used winter socks for a while to expand them. I bought a number higher than usually I get from Sketchers or Nike. The walk is soft and really nice, I haven't run with them but I guess it would be good. The air circulation is pretty good which helps in keeping your feet fresh while playing.

Purchased a 14 WIDE and what I received fits like a 14 standard. Very uncomrtable and extremely tight. I dont know how this passed as a 14 Wide but now aggravated that I have to use my time to return because they dont know how to make a wide shoe. Wanted to bring these to a convention this weekend and now have to rush to find a resolution in 4 days. I've never had an issues with a 14 W not fitting so I'd say it's safe to say this is a problem with the shoe/adidas and the way its marketed, not my foot size.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it. He is a size 13 wide and surprisingly, he said it's very comfortable. It lets his feet breathe, gives him good support, and it's wide enough to where he doesn't feel cramped in it. Because of his wide feet, we have been buying Adidas on a consistent basis every 6 months. It works out well for him and he uses it mostly at the gym.

Got these for use at a later date. Initially tried them on and the top of the back of the heel pushed down and in. Tried to pull it up and after about half a minute on each shoe, got it back to the regular position. Figured it was no big deal. Went to use them about a month after purchasing and now cannot pull the back of the heel up without taking them off making them unwearable.

I bought these shoes for my hubby and he loves them! He's all about comfort and they met his expectation. He has a very wide and flat foot and has the hardest time finding a shoe that fits him well. So when I saw they had these in the 4E (extra, extra wide) size, I knew we had to try them. I only wish they had other colors in the same 4E size. I would order them all!

Everything about the shoe seems ok, except the middle part of the shoe. I have a wide foot and the area around my ankle and widest part of my foot fit great. However, the middle of the shoe is extremely narrow. It may be the weirdest shaped shoe I've ever worn. I can't put my foot in the shoes again without it hurting. I only wore the shoes 3 times and will have to donate them.

Very comfortable. Easy to wear, and fits right in with blue jeans or workout shorts. The one ding is the rubber tread. Just too thin in my opinion. Another millimeter of rubber would make this a 5 star shoe. Probably will buy again, simply because it fits my foot so well. Just know that you will wear down the rubber pretty fast, then you on at the foam.
