I like it despite the black plastic strap.
I am not overwhelmed with the rubber/plastic strap. But this design does have an element of comfort due to the elastic o ring. I am pleased with product.

Love the fit
Ecollars are amazing tools when used correctly and with proper balanced training. (I am not a dog trainer but I take having a well behaved dog seriously!)This strap is far better than just a regular biothane collar strap. My dog was having issues with his original strap for this ecollar, almost like this breathing was being partly restricted. Since switching to this bungee strap, he no longer has an issue and if needed he can wear his ecollar with extended periods of time without me worrying.***My dog was ecollar trained AFTER training him the good ol' fashioned way - Training classes, doing our doggie homework & hard work!!) Ecollars are not a substitute!!!!

Very nice collar for the price
Easy to customize and get a perfect fit . I would strongly recommend this collar to anyone in need of a more suitable fit for there pet . Only downside is the bungee portion did break almost immediately but was easy to swap out with another one .

Comes off too easy
We have too dogs and when they play, the other dog grabs on the color and it unbuckles and comes off too easily.
