I haven't tested the water to see if their claim is accurate..but the install was simple.. I did have to drill a hole in my granite, that was my own doing. I have had no problems with the filter system. To shut the stream off.. you have to wait for the pressure to stop the flow and then push the spigot part back in place. I purchased this mainly to help my brother with medical problems and of course I do not like the fluoride and chlorine and who knows what else is in our drinking water. Im not a conspiracy theorist but, I follow the money.
