Sony WH-1000XM5/S Wireless Industry Leading Noise Canceling Bluetooth Headphones (Renewed)

I purchased the Sony WH-1000XM5 Wireless active noise-canceling headphones a few months ago and have been using it actively since then, and I must say, they have completely blown me away! From the moment I put them on, I was transported into a world of uninterrupted audio and unmatched comfort. These headphones are an absolute game-changer, and here's why:Price: Although they may cost a few hundred bucks, they provide top of the line wireless ANC quality without spending thousands.Design: Minimalistic yet intriguing design. I got the silver version which makes it pop out against my hair. My girlfriend absolutely loves the look of the headphone and will even wear it as if it's an accessory.Sound: I personally was expecting better quality but nevertheless the audio was still very good. The active noise cancellation really isolates you into your own bubble where you hear only what you are listening to.Comfort: Extremely comfortable since its over the ear. Soft yet firm ear muffs that cradles your ears.Battery: More than happy with the battery, I would go multiple days with 2-4 hours of use each day on a single charge. Sometimes I would even go over a week without needing to charge.Companion App: Nice companion app that has a ton of features. Took me a while to setup but once you configure and get used to the various settings, it will be worth it.

Don’t be afraid to buy renewed. Came in new condition and work perfectly, plus u get a 90 day warranty if they didn't. Sony probably has the best noise canceling technology which can really help u relax and is a godsend for travel. I have big ears and my ear actually fits in these (other headphones they don’t) which makes them much more comfortable and these are also probably the lightest headphones on the market. The case is big but it’s slimmer than foldable headphones cases which actually fit in my personal carryon on bag…better than a smaller and “fatter” case. Which is the only time I’d use a case. Audio quality is great. Pairs to two devices and controls are intuitive. What really separates Sony from others is all the little extras like adaptive noise canceling and ability to adjust ambient noise that gets filtered. Also has EQ adjustments which make a huge difference depending on what you’re listening to or if you’re watching a movie. I actually like the 360 format….for me it sounded a bit better but it’s not mind blowing. Are these the best headphones on the market….nope. But these are the best travel headphones and the best ANC headphones that have a more than satisfying sound quality.

The media could not be loaded. So I got these refurbished and I was nervous. The quality is great! The packaging was clearly put back together but the product itself looks brand new. The noise cancelling works great BUT if you are really keen on noise canceling I’ve tried the XM4’s and in my opinion they work much better I could barely hear myself in those but in these I could hear my filter on my fish tank which is 4 feet away. The headphones are very light so there’s no pressure and it completely envelops your ear so there’s no worries about getting ear aches after a while. They have a touch sensor so you can pause/play, skip/rewind, skim, raise/lower the volume, and quiet the music down to have conversations. The sensor worked great and honestly if someone told me these were used I wouldn’t have known and probably wouldn’t have believed it after. I wonder if the person who used it before me even took it out the carrier cause they look so good. I love them.Thanks Amazon <3

I really wanted to love these headphones. When I first got them, they worked great — solid sound quality and a comfortable fit. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill.They now disconnect from my device frequently and without warning. Even when they are connected, the audio is constantly cutting out, making it nearly impossible to enjoy music, podcasts, or calls. On top of that, the motion or touch commands barely respond, if at all. I’ve tried resetting and updating, but nothing seems to fix the issues.Disappointed overall. For the price, I expected much better reliability and functionality

Arrived on time, the headphones had no scratches or defects nor the case, the sound quality is great and the ANC is the best I've heard yet. For some reason the headphones started turning off out of nowhere with a popping sound, I'm not sure if it's because they're refurbished or something. The touch control is very good, it connects fast, the battery life is the best I've used yet, they charge to full battery very fast, and they're very comfortable. Overall they're very good headphones and fit perfectly on my head. I do wish they folded though.

I bought these as a gift to myself for my birthday. Let's just say, I was really blown away. The quality of the sound is astonishing and the noise cancelling is insanely impressive. I was using these during dodgeball at school and I couldn't hear a thing! 😂 They got knocked off my head and flew across the gym multiple times during dodgeball and yet there's no marks whatsoever. I received them with the case and all the cables, but no original box, totally fine by me though. I would recommend the black version though, white starts to look dirty.

Great bluetooth headphones. The sound is clear, crisp and relative accurate. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of noise isolation, even without using the available noise suppression action. I used public transit and they really suppress the external sounds even without activating their noise suppression.I would buy these again (or a newer version)!

Excellent quality of this refurbished set. Condition was practically new. The sound quality is very good, and the sound isolation is better than my previous Bose headphones.
