Works great, not sure why I waited so long to install the guard. The birds that were under the panels have tried to get back under but are unable to.

This wire mesh is able to be bent easily and cut to fit where needed. The attachment pins worked well and there are plenty in the kit.

Wasn’t sure this would work since my neighbor has pigeons living under his solar panels with a mesh around his, but I observed that the mesh I installed was 8” instead of 6” and the pigeons can’t get under the mesh I installed. My mesh has been installed for two months now. Definitely recommend for solar panels.

So glad i did this myself. Single story so no issues getting on the roof. Guard is easy to work with and cut as well. Clips snap into place like they are supposed to. Good price and i have no more pigeons under my solar panels.

It's hit and miss. I bought 2 versions, one worked great, one was a DISASTER. The 8 inch 100 foot package was great, the steel fasteners worked well. Then I bought the 6 inch 50 foot package, and it was horrendous. They changed the round fasteners, they are larger, not stamped properly, the steel is thicker, so the soft J hooks bend every time you try to insert them into the round fasteners. Once you get the J hook into the round fastener, because the steel is hard and not flexible like a shaving razor, it just bends and stays that way, and the J hook comes out. Would give it zero stars if I could, it was a couple of hours of hating the product while up on the roof.I'm including a pic of the broken round fasteners. The smaller round one is from the old package, which worked much better, softer steel.
