I like this flavor better than the fruit punch one which to me is sweeter than the lemonade flavor.

Ok, so being from Mass. I'm a little bias.I use the TB choc shake powder (i use milk with froz strawberries so it will be cold) for breakfast since its fast and can drink it on the road. I'm not an athlete, but I do deliver engines and Transmissions and you sweat. Water won't always quench your thirst, and Gatorade is too sugary! I get the lemon and put it my cold thermos water. The taste isn't bad, but can be funky if you add too little or too much. Its a little pricey, but if you get the subscribe & save (cancel if you hate it) it knocks off a couple of bucks.

I live in Southern Arizona where it gets over 115°. I work outside for half the day. This stuff is amazing. I can really tell the difference when I take it. I don't get exhausted anymore. The sun doesn't drain me. I just put one scoop in my mouth and drink it with some water first thing in the morning. I've never added it to water

I bought this electrolyte packet for my Grandpa who was having bad cramps in his legs in the evening. I thought the packet had a good mix of sodium and magnesium without much sugar so we decided to give it a try. The powder mixes in well with water. I add ice to the pack the mixture and my Grandpa thinks it tastes like squirt. When he drinks this earlier in the evening, around 7 or so, he doesn't seem to have leg cramps in the night. So far he likes it and we will continue to purchase.

I have tried all sorts of electrolytes over the years and these are the best! I use them daily and even mix mocktails with a dash to hydrate and still get a tasty drink!
