I recently tried Kérastase Genesis Homme Instant Thickening Moulding Clay and I am happy with the product. I have recently short thin hair, so I was looking for something to help my hair be more full. This clay did the trick! It's easy to apply and the hold is strong without being too stiff and I love the smell. After apply it looks natural and it lasts all day. I also love that it doesn't leave my hair feeling dry or crunchy. Overall, I'm really happy with this product and would definitely recommend it to others!

The scent is top notch as expected. I thought this would be the same as their densifique paste which was capital force in a new tub. It has a much lighter hold and is a silkier paste even when put in dry hair. Not great value for money as you have to use more but might be better for some styles

I got this clay for my partner who was very pleased with it. He used it on his hair and said that he definitely noticed a difference and it definitely does gives volume to your hair. He didn't make his hair oily unlike some other clays and was very easy to wash off as well. It didn't have a strange greasy or oily feel or smell to it. It helps to give his hair much fuller look and this moulding clay claims to reduce hair fall. Obviously it is too soon to tell whether it does help with that. However, the immediate results of it are that it does indeed give a fuller volume to your hair.The moulding clay is 75ml for £27.56 which is quite expensive and might not be very affordable to everyone. However, depending on the results of this moulding close it is definitely worth a try so far so pleased.

I have used this product a few times, but mid day, my hair started to feel greasy and the style didn't keep.

This product is so expensive and does not do what it says on the thin; it does not hold your hair well; as soon as wind hits it; it’s gone. I wouldn’t recommend this product for fine or thin hair as there is no hold in it.

This thickening clay is really effective at thickening hair without leaving it all claggy or sticky. It is primarily marketed at men, but I am a woman whose hair has lost a lot of density due to long-term illness, so I thought I would try it out. I am extremely impressed… nay, absolutely delighted, to find such a brilliant and simple solution to my distressing loss of hair.The “clay” feels like a firm cream, and is very easy to apply. You just rub a small amount in your hands and pull it through the hair when it is wet. It smells very pleasant, like a salon product. None of this is surprising, because Kerastase is part of the L’Oreal group.In addition, a little goes a long way, so the tub should last ages!

I use this on dry hair after showering and after which my usual thin-looking hair looks thicker with more volume! I’m really impressed!The moulding clay is not greasy at all and you only need a small amount on your palm (make sure to rub your palms together to sort of warm the clay up) before applying it onto your hair evenly.I am delighted with this product which I will continue on using and will buy again in the future once my supply runs out. It’s a confidence booster having a thicker-looking hair and it is all thanks to this. Great item which I am happy to recommend!

Alors j’ai testé de nombreuses cire, et pour moi, celle-ci est la meilleure du marché incontestablement. L’effet est naturel. L’effet n’est pas gras, l’effet est mat, dommage qu’elle coûte 30 € c’est excessivement cher pour une cire et malheureusement il y a pas mieux. Je vous la conseille fortement. Elle ne tient pas toute la journée mais l’effet est tellement naturel c’est incroyable je n’ai jamais vu une cire aussi performante. Vous pouvez faire une coupe comme Mariano di Vaio vraiment rien a dire . Largement mieux que les cire de chez reuzel clay matte J’ai été très déçu par celle-ci qui est très grasse très brillante, elle rend les cheveux bien Noir et non naturel.

I ordered this after my hairstylist used it on me. The quality of this wax/pomade is what you would expect from Kerastase. There's no question about that. The pricing is better than buying at the salon. Although it's for men, I found the subtle musky scent divine! My only issue and it's probably a "user error" kind - is that I didn't get the kind of hold I need for my particular hairstyle (faux hawk). I previously used Short n' Sexy Control, but I believe it's been discontinued. If you don't need a firm or extra form hold, this could work to smooth down your locks.
