As a long time user of headphones for work (20+ and home 40+ years), its fair that I have some experience in the differences! I was already using a cordless Jabra set (Evolve) which were great and comfortable. However now I am going into the office some days, I wanted a lightweight slim pair to travel with but still had great audio. The Engage absolutely fit the bill as they are excellent value for money, compact and lightweight and available in all the relevant configurations to fit everyone’s purpose. They don’t take long to charge and I get a couple of days (average use) in between. What I was most impressed was with the Bluetooth audio range which by far is the most I have had for any of these home office headphones. I can walk about the whole house now at home whereas I couldn’t leave the same floor with any of my other headphones. They were very easy to setup and the app is quick to install and configure. They look terrific and fell premium to the touch; it is easy to forget you are wearing them to be honest. I would absolutely recommend you purchase these and I think everyone will be impressed!

This headset exceeded expectation based on my knowledge of wireless headsets. When i received the headset it came in a great little pouch for transporting the headset as I travel around Europe for work. Also including the usb receiver and charging cable. After getting the headset set up I found it really comfortable to wear and you forget about it after some time as it is really lightweight. The audio quality has vastly improved in my virtual meetings and calls allowing for better clarity to clients when discussing business. Being wireless as well it has allowed allowed me to travel freely and take calls on the move with ease. The east to access teams control along side mute button and volume control make the headset overall easy to use. Having been a Jabra headphones user this headset had expectations for me and it has exceeded them. If there was a noise cancelling version (not mic but actual headset) I would seriously be looking at this as background distractions aren’t easily cut out by the headphones. Only thing preventing 5* is the battery life, I find I’m having to charge it at least everyday and if not during a day. It would be so much easier if it had a portable stand to charge with a magnet charger rather than having to be plugged in via a cable. If you want a serious wireless headset made For business with quality audio that you don’t mind charging daily then this is for you.

My job sees me on teams calls for most of the day; for me a headset is like a screwdriver to an electrician.I'm pleased to report that the Engage 65 sports some great characteristics for such an important tool.The range is superb so I can sneak off for cups of tea whilst listening in and responding, the fit is comfortable on my ears and due to the incredibly low weight it doesn't bother me throughout the day.Both sound output and input are great for voice calls but don't bother for music or videos, that isn't what they are designed for. The software is another highlight with lots of configuration and customisation options.I have only a couple of minor critiques; the microphone arm is a little bit flimsy compared to even Jabra's own Evolve line and is also missing the lift to mute function, gladly there is a button on the end of the mic to toggle. The other is that the headset charges via a micro B usb port on the headset itself which means I have to carry yet another charger.All in all a great piece of kit, it does the job without complaint, battery lasts all day and it's comfortable to carry around and wear.

A great headset, comfy to wear and with such a great quality sound. Arrived very quickly, in a well presented box with a pouch - the first score! Once out of the box, it took a while to get the headset on, as it needed a charge. Once charge, it was very easy to install and work out how it works. Oh and also, it looks so stylish and just feels good on your head. No pressure, doesn't slide/move, literally once you put it, it stays there. Shortly after that, i have had a 1st Team call and omg it was great. The function button worked as well, couple of people have mentioned that it quality is so much better than my old headset and they loved the fact that there is a little red light at the end of the mouth piece, apparently it looks like a laser and its fan to watch it. Overall a great piece of equipment and cant imagine going back to my old headset!

I've been using a wired headset since Covid started and thought it was about time I upgraded to a wireless unit.The upsides:1) The Jabra Engage 55's are very light & sturdy which makes it comfortable during long meetings.2) Audio quality is impressive, better than my previous wired headsets (From Jabra and Plantronics).3) No one noticed any degradation in my audio/microphone quality.4) Connection is at another level, I'm now able to walk to the kitchen and around my entire house without loosing connection/quality and no noticeable latency.5) Integration with Microsoft Teams, saves having to use mouse for most used buttons6) After a full days use i had 65% batteryThe downsides:1) The carry case is soft and very cheap feeling, I would much preferred a hard case for protection2) Appearance, for the price I expected a better looking, more premium looking headset, it is subjectiveSummary:I am very happy with the purchase, it's a huge upgrade to my wired set and comfort, call quality and connection are top notch, everything that i needed from a wireless headset is met.
