This product is great...when it works. To give you a reference, I really only wanted a fitness tracker to keep track of my blood pressure and to get notifications when I receive calls/SMS.Pros:1. fairly accurate and consistent - I compared blood pressure readings with readings done by a nurse/doctor. Watch reading was only slightly higher. A similar watch I tried before this one would give me radically different results even when taking measurements within minutes of each other and therefore the results could not be trusted to be even close to acurate. This watch was much better in that regard.2. The app that it uses is very user friendly and it connects to the watch easily.3. Battery life decent4. Can do 12h time - many similar watches only do 24hr time including the one I had previously5. responsive customer service - see below for reason I corresponded with customer serviceCon.1. First one broke (screen died) within a month or 2 of receiving the item. They sent me a new one free of charge. That one came broken out of the box (everything worked except the vibrator so though the screen would show that I was receiving a call or text, it would not vibrate at that time, which defeats the purpose of that feature in my opinion)2. The alerts when receiving a call or text just say 'call' or 'SMS', doesn't tell you from who or what the text is. I was aware of this when I bought it and was ok with that, but would be much better if had more info showing, if even just the phone number and name if in contact list3. Charging is a pain! It is hard to know if the charger is on correctly. Once it is on correctly it will briefly show on the screen that it is charging but then disappear again, so if you set it down after that you don't know if it shifted and isn't making contact anymore. Also, sometimes you had to play with turning it on and off after charging and usually had to reconnect it to your phone. Overall it was just clumsy.If I hadn't had 2 faulty units, I would have rated this 4 stars, but I just can't anymore. Will be buying something else. Customer support was helpful and fairly responsive. In the end I receive an acceptable (though not full amount) refund.

I've only had this a short time--still trying it out--but so far I'm impressed with its features. I had 2 other fitness watches before this, and this one is clearly the best, offering a few more things over the others I've tried:1. It monitors BP automatically over 24 hours. This was important to me as I'm trying to lower my BP meds. The BP is also pretty accurate when compared to a cuff measurement.2. You can monitor BP and HR in "real time." Meaning you can watch those numbers go up and down before your eyes. So, it can serve as a biofeedback device. (I'm experimenting with consciously relaxing and then watching the numbers go down.)3. The clip-on charger is nice. The others require removing the watchband to get at the USB plug.4. It came in a nice box. Almost like something you would see with jewelry.I never used one of these while sleeping, but will try it out with this one and see what happens.Hope I'm not reviewing too soon before giving this a longer trial--but I wanted to mention the few points above before I forgot!

The media could not be loaded.  Very nice fitness bracelet,with many useful features.Easy to operate once you read the manual & comes packed very well as well.I don’t like the charging concept.Other than that,it’s a great fitness bracelet for runners & travelers.

The motion sensor quit working after a week. I believe the blood pressure sensor is a bit low in comparison to arm cuff meters. I will keep it event though the step counter quit. Perhaps it will start again. I do like the other features. It would be nice if the software was available for Linux or offered as open source. I do not like that I MUST use Android or IOS.

I bought this item for my husband's birthday a month in advance and by the time we opened it there was a problem with the strap. At this time we were past the return date so I didn't know if there was anything we could dou about it. I wrote the seller and they immediately sent us a new one. The watch works fine and their customer service is excellent. What more could you want? I love the fitness tracker except it worked for less than 24 hours and now it won't turn on and the battery is not dead. Also because it is waterproof and they mention swimming I erroneously assumed it tracked swimming laps. What's the point of wearing it swimming if it doesn't track laps. I still loved it though and would have kept it except it doesn't turn on.

It arrived, I set it up and magically it ran! Unfortunately only for about 6 hours?? Now the watch works but it won't hold it's connection to the wearfit app? On and Off every 2-3 seconds. GOING BACK!!! You get what you pay for, adios FUNBOT
