Arrived on time quick and careful with packaging, dimensions are 20cm x 11 x 11cm, drains water nicely, maximum line was hard to see it was camouflage, warmth is amazing comes out correct temperature. Performance is really good and easy to use very simple

I really like this product and it's great for warming premade emergency bottles when baby is unexpectedly hungry. The only complaint I have is that it's hard to see in low lighting as I would have expected the buttons to light up so maybe use in a different room than what baby is in when using during the night. So simple to use and can warm 60ml in about 2.5 mins

The media could not be loaded. The quick heat function is indeed quicker than the normal one but slower than boiling a kettle. So the question is do you really need one given the guidance says you shouldn't keep the bottles in a warmer for more than 10 mins as bacteria can grow.Other than the individual circumstance the product works fine, but bear in mind the timings..if you wanna heat up a bottle than the kettle is quicker if you wanna take your time than this product is fine.It is easy to use... Put some water inside then press the power button and then select which function you want.. I'll leave a quick video for a bit of guidance

Does not heat the milk up at all, just seems to warm the outside of the bottle. Doesn’t work even for small amounts of milk. Could potentially be because I’m using mam bottles but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Multi-functional milk warmer is a life changer for me as a busy mum, milk warmer now by default goes into mode that I first selected and all I need to do is just place some water in, add the bottle and pop the lead on top, mostly I love that it automatically goes into “KEEP” mode, that just makes a massive difference and milk stays perfect temperature until I need to feed my baby. It also has extra mode such as steaming but I have not used that option just yet but so far I can tell it would also would work well as a steamer. Definitely pleased and recommend for a busy mum like me who needs a low maintenance milk warmer when you have your hands full and you need something fast and efficient, price is also very affordable so only a win win

The device worked. It was just a bit impractical for daily use. The time it takes to heat a bottle leaves her cranky. The number of bottles it sterilises, the length of time, and the amount of steam produced makes it not worth it.
