It smells so good & it’s almost buttery, it’s so creamy. It lasted longer than I expected. I plan to buy more.

Creamy finish, heavenly scent, good for my skin

4711 soap is my favorite soap on the planet, so of course it gets a "5". However, I like the glycerin version ("White Rose") even more, and try to find old bars anywhere and everywhere at whatever price. I love, positively love, the fragrance! I never had a problem with the drying aspect of the old glycerin version, and while that version was discontinued some years ago, this version is far less drying and smells almost as good as the original.

Give the skin a lot of moisture.

This has been my favorite bath soap since I came across it at a hotel in the suburbs of Cologne in 1971. It’s not carried in very many stores in the US, so I was delighted to find it through Amazon. Before that I found it in a German provisions store near Ft. Worth. The price is well worth it.

This is a light, crisp, clean scent. Lovely perfect in warm weather.The soap is creamy, not as drying as many bar soaps.I used this alot when teaching summer school in Spain. The classrooms could get rather "close" on warm days. I didn't want to choke students or anyone else with heavy duty perfume.4711 is great on men, too.

This is a great soap for bathing or hand washing. It leaves a clean smell and a great clean feeling. The bars are hard milled and outlast a grocery store soap by at least two to one or more. I use it until I can see through the bar.
