Used 'Red Yeast Rice' for a couple of months now; last visit to the doctor had my cholesterol reading low enough that I really didn't need be doctor's prescribed cholesterol medicine any longer! Of course, I'll continue both medicine and Red Yeast Rice; but the prescribed medicine alone has never reduced the levels so low for me in the past. I'm more active (which also helps lower the bad cholesterol levels) - all things working together, helps assure me I'm on the right track to keeping my body in shape. My doctor recommended that I try red yeast rice and so I'm hoping this helps me with my cholesterol. I do wish though that you did not have to take three horse pills daily. They are large

The reason I chose this product is because of the mg"s per cap. I did some research and a couple of these each day helps to reduce overall cholesterol. It hasn't affected my muscles or slowed me down at all. I am going to have my cholesterol checked in March this year and will find out then if it helped lower the numbers. The stars are for the fact that this product is not causing me any problems or side effects. The only reason I'm taking this product is to hopefully keep from taking prescribed meds. which have side effects and can cause muscle cramps and distortions also completely stopping. My heart is a muscle. T.L.P.

Product is easy to swallow and has no taste. I do not know how well it is working just yet. I will have a blood test done later this week to see if my cholesterol is staying in check.

I noticed as I started using the product that I one or two capsules were not completely full.Days later I took them all out of the jar and saw that there are too many capsules the same way. 😞
