Our 6 week old infant started developing cradle cap on his face and a rash all over his body, which looked like a red, bumpy, scaly rash. His skin felt like sandpaper, was very dry, and was beginning to be very itchy for him. We were not sure what to put on it to help him with his itch and didn't want to expose him to new chemicals in other products. There are very few chemical-free products available that can go on an infant's face. This cream cleared up his face rash in about 3 days! After he suffered from the progressing rash for over a week and a half, we were so amazed (and extremely thankful) at how fast his skin improved (texture, hydration, and appearance).The cream smells strongly like botanicals, but this is a pleasant scent. It is a light cream with a smooth feeling, which is very moisturizing. We had to apply it about 3x/day to keep his skin hydrated for treatment purposes. Each application was well absorbed by his skin and the product didn't leave any residue between applications. We then put a barrier ointment (un-petroleum) over each layer to help the product stay on his skin longer.We are very satisfied with this product and will definitely start a subscription as a result.

I wanted to love this product. It’s an EWG verified product and it smells great. Unfortunately, it dried my face out and made it flaky. I gave my skin a chance to clear up and then tried it once more. No dice - dry flaky skin again. I do not usually have sensitive skin, so this was a surprise.

I have very sensitive skin and made the mistake of using a face moisturizer not formulated for sensitive skin. I only used it once, because my face was feeling dry and it was the only one available. For the next 2 1/2 days my face felt like it was on fire, was bright red and bumpy. My regular sensitive skin moisturizer wasn't helping. I ordered Babo, hoping I wasn't making a mistake. It arrived and with trepidation I put some on. It did sting for the first minute or so, but has worked miracles. My morning most of my face was almost back to it's normally complexion and the bumpiness was alleviated. The next day it was still irritated but I could tell healing. I can't say my skin is soft, (which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars), but it's a wonderful calming lotion. I've read people don't like the scent. I could take or leave it, but it doesn't stay strong on the skin.

I love that this product is plant base, because nowadays you never know what’s in anything anymore. I like that is easy to apply, it has that buttery whipped feeling to it. And it’s very moisturizing for my daughter’s dry skin. It usually clears it up in about 2 days when applied twice a day.

My face was basically sandpaper before I started using this product. It's absolutely transformed my face. I swear it's like a team of little tiny fairies left dew drops on my face and miraculously transformed the sandpaper into dewy baby soft skin. I have extremely sensitive dry skin and everything I've tried causes problems. I'm allergic to fragrances and most serums cause terrible rashes. While this product does have a noticeable smell, it's not a chemical smell and for some reason, it doesn't bother my skin. I think it's the natural scent of the calendula. It's easy to adjust to an I have found my go-to miracle cream.I thought I'd give this a try because it was a lightning deal and because the price was right. I'm so happy I did. I will reorder this product over and over again and as someone with highly sensitive skin, I would recommend it to anyone.
