I purchased this primarily for two slightly boring reasons: the burn time was decent and the price was good. I wasn't sure what to expect of the quality or smell but having burned it for around 6 hours a day over the past 4 days (with plenty of life left in it..) I'm coming back to buy another scent... only fair I also write a review as these guys have honestly nailed it!The quality of wax, wick, glass, and packaging are all incredible but what I really love is the SCENT. It's perfect. Not too overpowering but gently fills my living room and then leaves a subtle, fresh and lasting fragance, even in other rooms across the ground floor. I orderered Wild Forest after reading the smelling notes (which helps a lot when buying online) and their accuracy shows the brand pour and mix these themsevles. A lovely suble smell of fig leaves and bergamot as described. Looking forward to trying the other ones now.On top of that, the candle looks lovely sitting on my mantlepiece. The pastel illustration of mountains and a loch immediately draws you in and the frosted glass adds to it's premium quality.All round im delighted. I have been looking for a new candle brand for a while after spending a ton of money on over priced ones that burn out too quickly or don't have any scent, or one that smells terrible. It seems like the standard price is now £40-£70 even for something of dubious quality. This one from Ocoee House has surprised me to so much: great value, great looks, great quality. Now going to be my go to!

I treated myself to this candle. I had been gifted some money so I splashed out on a soy candle after becoming aware of the carcinogens from regular candles.I LOVE Scotland, so when I stumbled across these local people, I immediately wanted to support their business and bought the candle. I bought the wild forest scent, as I hoped it would transport me into a Scottish forest. Sadly it didn't, but the fragrance is lovely and at the perfect level of scent.The product is really lovely quality, The box it came, in the glass that holds it and the wooden lid that sits on top. It's all pure luxury and 100% gift worthy. I was really struck by how lovely it was to open it.Sadly I can't always afford this cost for a candle, but if ever I feel like having a bit of luxury in my living room, I would certainly buy another candle from these people.

It's a nice candle, bit smaller than I imagined it being but not a bad size. Smelt fresh but it was gone in a weekend so longevity is lacking at the pricepoint.Everything else was very nice though

Lovely candle from packaging to burning and smells gorgeous when unlit and you smell the candle but when lit seems to give off very little scent if anything at all. Visitors have confirmed the same so it is not just my nose, hence three stars. Such a shame cause otherwise it is a lovely candle.

Would have been 5 stars as scent and burn were good, but DO read the instructions and DO NOT allow to burn right down to the base. We did not realise this and not only did the glass shatter, but flames went across the floor and nearly ignited a rug. Whilst this caution is stated, as we later noticed, in the instructions, I would still say this is highly unsafe and is a major design flaw. Not terribly happy given this is not a cheap candle. Certainly would not risk buying another.

In a sea of mass produced candles shipped for miles it's hard to come across a genuine handmade candle these days but this is spot on and ticks all the boxes! Yes it might be a little more expensive but that's what you pay for when its a handmade artisan candle in a beautiful jar with an embossed logo - it's not cheap and its not mass produced or shipped a million miles!The ingredients are quality, it's natural soy wax and it's all made in Scotland. I originally got this as a gift for my mother and she absolutely loved it, a nice escape to the forest. Great candle will be buying more for gifts in the future.
