Label says 52g a serving. Sounds simple, right? Well a serving is 3 scoops. Any typical protein out there will judge a serving by a scoop... not multiple. Seriously, they may as well just write 100g per serving or 300.. If you have to use more than one scoop than its no long going by a serving. At that point a serving could be whatever you want it to be.Aside from that, its loaded with carbs, so loaded that it feels like pure corn starch. However, it does taste absolutely delicious unlike most proteins out there. Add some berries for additional flavoring but drink it fast. After all it is almost pure starch and it thickens rather quickly.
