Perfect for fried rice
I was introduced to truffle egg fried rice by a Michelin restaurant in HK, and I haven't looked back. Way to take a peasant dish to the next level. Cook egg fried rice as usual (only use overnight leftover rice). Add truffle spread once fully cooked or after reheating. This spread is not too oily and adds a lot of flavor to the rice being being overpowering if you have other ingredients. I like Applewood smoked ham and black tiger prawns in mine.

Great taste. I added it to my pasta sauces and it was a intense flavor that did not disappoint

Great flavor, but not true truffle
I picked this up cause I like adding truffle flavor to some dishes. Because this isn't a true truffle pate, it's not as versatile. However, add it to some mashed potatoes, or toss with oven-made fries, and you'll kick the flavor up big time. The flavor is very strong, so use sparingly, but thins out in oil perfectlyThe biggest downside, is the expiration after opening, so plan ahead. If you can do that, this will add so much class to a dinner party on a budget

My decadent little secret
Bought this truffle patè on a whim. Now my scrambled eggs are truffle clouds, my honey's boujee-infused, and I'm dipping smoked cheese into pure bliss. It's ridiculous, decadent, and I'm obsessed. Try it on scrambled eggs! My taste buds are living the high life. Five stars (and a slightly lighter wallet)

Beware
This is a great product but beware that it cannot be refunded or replaced even if it arrives in defective condition. In our case, the jar had leaked.

Strong truffle flavor but too salty
This product would be better IN a dish rather than as a classic pate. If you're making a vegetarian wellington, a baked brie, or something similar, the. This would be great. On its own on crackers with some soft cheese? Not so much.
