I purchased this product because I cannot afford the product I had previously tried and this seemed like a good value. I read another review before purchasing that said this product does mix in completely and is grainy. I figured that I wanted to try it anyway.The first week I tried shaking it in my water bottle. I shook, and shook, and shook some more. There always remained some grainy product on the sides of my bottle, the product never completely mixed in that way.Thus week I decided to try my battery operated whisk. It mixes in quicky and completely this way.As for how well it works to put someone.in Ketosis, I don't know. Weight-loss? I also don't know yet.I find the flavor to be good.

I use these ketones multiple times a week and love them

I like flavor but the mix continually separated from water. I mixed with a blender bottle. I mixed with a mixer. No matter how I mixed the product, it continually separated. I've used other ketones and this did not happen.
