I can’t express enough how impressed I am with this product. My daughter gets hiccups quite often that will last all day and make her incredibly cranky. She’s tried every single recommended method to get rid of them and nothing ever works. She tried the straw for the first time today and her hiccups were gone in under 30 seconds. Truly impressed!!!

I have given it some time and I can say that it truly works! Buying it for my family members for Christmas this year.

Saw on Shark Tank and bought it in hopes that it would help with my significant other’s hiccups (his last forever and really hurt him). We have both used the straw, along with our daughter and son, and we have all had success with it. It is terrific!It is also really easy to carry around although I do wish it came with a carrying case/bag. I know that is perhaps an odd comment that I carry this straw around in me 24/7 (lol) but I store mine in my purse and am considering actually getting another one (maybe even more) so that we have them at home and on-the-go for when the hiccups hit (like I said, hiccups are unusually painful for my SO, having this on-hand has proven to be a great relief to him). As mentioned, it would be great if they could actually send it with a pouch to keep it in but for the price and the benefit, this has been amazing and is absolutely worth it.Fyi, I also hear it helps with “cancer hiccups”. I do not know this from personal experience but saw comments on the SubReddit for Shark Tank when I was considering purchasing the product that conveyed how grateful purchasers were to provide a loved one battling cancer with this straw that greatly decreased the time the patient was hiccuping. I thought that was pretty amazing if it could work for people with cancer. Thankfully my wonderful nephew had JUST “beat” cancer before I came across this product but I really wish I had came across this item so much sooner so that I could have purchased it for him since, when I asked him if “cancer hiccups” were a “thing” (not trying to be rude, you hopefully understand what I mean as he did), he confirmed that these dreadful nuisances were absolutely real. Apparently they had actually caused him a lot of additional discomfort and so I really wish I’d known to get them but I will from now on and hopefully these straws will somehow become mainstream in hospitals and related fields.We are still amazed every time it promptly “cures” the hiccups. My SO has tried so many different remedies (granted, I’m not sure he’s ever found another product that claimed to do what this one does so I think it’s just been stuff he found online to try when hiccups hit him) and this is the only thing that has worked. The fact that I’m writing a long review means that it impacted us, positively in this case, enough that I felt I needed to share our experiences with those considering because it has just been such a huge help to us. I recommend this to anyone who is seeking relief and hasn’t gotten results elsewhere. It worked well for me, although I've only needed to use it once so far. My dad suffers from frequent and persistent hiccups, so I ordered one for him too. Simple to use, and it comes apart for easy cleaning! Great product. Great gift idea too!

It works! I wasn't going to write a review until I tried it myself. I saw it on Shark Tank, and I hate hiccups. My daughter had the hiccups yesterday, and one use and they were gone.

My kiddo has hiccups that will last for DAYS, and she says they hurt so bad! We saw this on shark tank after she’d had an episode of days long hiccups on vacation so for the price we figured it couldn’t hurt to try.She just had another episode starting, so we tried it today - and it worked!!! Absolutely worth a shot!

I waited to review this item until my daughter actually got the hiccups and tried it out, and I am pleased to report that she used it for her hiccups today and it works! She used the straw one time, and it worked right away. (She is a teenager but seems to get hiccups A LOT. We have previously used hiccupops, which also worked, but we were looking for something that we could re-use again and again.)

This sort of works sometimes, but not the magically cure to all hiccups that it wants to be.
