Been doing it's job
I had surgery last September and had my gallbladder taken out. I was left with small with several tiny little scars on my stomach. I purchased some bio-oil to rub on my scars as well as these silicone patches. I like that I can just slap them on and forget about them and wear them many hours in a day. With the combination of the bio-oil and these patches, my scars have diminished significantly.

Seems to be working.
Used on tummy tuck scars and so far my scar has remained flat and seems to be getting less noticeable as it continues healing. I love that you can tear them but they do not easily come apart so I’m able to cover my whole tummy tuck scar with one long strip and a few others with shorter strips no scissors needed.

Not worth it.. did not work for me.
I did not see any reduction in scaring or discoloration.. not even for mild scars and discoloration... and the adhesive did not work well to keep it in place either for any real length of time. I tried adding bandage tape to hold it in place but that was more trouble than it was worth.

Works
This stuff is amazing. I had MOHS surgery on my nose with a full thickness skin graft. Using the silicon patch has left me with mo scar. The graft is almost invisible.

Still in the reviewing stage
I haven't been using this tape long enough to say if it's working or not yet but I have taken pictures and I'll take new ones every couple of weeks to see if there's any difference. I know that it makes the scars feel way better not itchy or dry so on that end it's great.

Works, but doesn’t stick
Works. Seen improvements already but they just don’t stick very well. Would recommend buying something that sticks better.

Not the same as before
I buy this particular product and have purchased this particular brand many times before. Seems as though now it is more cheaply made and it's performance and durability are not as good as it was before either. Before it was thicker, lasted longer, worked way better all around. Now it's way too thin, seems cheaply made, and it just doesn't work as good as it did before. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. It even costs more now but isn't the good quality that it was before. That's awful and shameful. NOT HAPPY
