My son of 11 got a violin for xmas and we got this to go with it. It was his first time ever playing and after about 30 mins he was able to play Twinkle Twinkle after following this books tutorial. Great book!

This came highly recommended. Our 10 yr old daughter is picking up violin really quickly with this book.

So far so good! I’m trying this book with an 8 year old beginner who does better with visuals. We’re only 2 weeks in with it, but she’s responding well!
