The media could not be loaded. Out with the old in with the new ! All chrome ones seem to rust within a month or two ! Black looks good ! Very easy to install turn off value with flat screwdriver then take off unscrew and re screw new one very simple !

Premium quality, worth the money, doesn't leaks
I am very pleased with this purchase! My previous bidet unfortunately started leaking after only 3-4 months of use. This one, however, is excellent; it's lightweight, feels very well-made, and has not leaked at all. The water flow is smooth and consistent, precisely as I hoped. I highly recommend it, especially if you have had disappointing experiences with lower-quality bidets from other brands. It also connected easily to my existing connector on the wash basin tap.

Flimsy hose
Got this product in May 2023 as a replacement for my older bidet, which lasted for about 2 years (just bidet broken, not the hose). It’s been just over 3 months and the hose snapped from the bidet and flooded my bathroom. It’s only been used by the two of us in the flat, so mild usage. In hindsight, should have kept the previous hose. I know it’s £10 but would have expected to last for at least a year for that money..
