Just Noodling about Noodles
Quick and easy to prepare, tasty with good tooth. My only complaint, if it can be called a complaint, is the noodles would be better with a little more of the sauce. Especially in the case of the sweet soy, the noodles absorbed the sauce so quickly and so thoroughly, it's taste wasn't as strong as I would have liked.Very enjoyable, much better than the usual packaged noodle dishes out there!

Tasty and good quality noodle kits
I've ordered these several times now. They are very good and compare to restaurant quality. I especially like chili flavor with the thicker noodles. I usually make them with a few pieces of shrimp and top with green onions, fresh or dried. Delish, easy and fast. Treat yourself and enjoy!

These noodles are great
Why did you pick this product vs others?:These have become a real favorite, and something I’ll have maybe 3 times a week. I haven’t really got a favorite among the three types - they’re all great. Sometimes I’ll add a few veggies or a couple shrimp but they are quite good on their own. I’m not sure I realized at first that they’re not the ramen noodles that come in a similar sized package. These are delicious noodles that are boiled quickly then drained and combined with their sauce packet. A dollop of crunchy garlic sauce is never a bad idea. The portion isn’t huge, it I find that it can make a meal for me. So good!

Room to improve
I’ll try to make this short:These are good quality noodles. No question. The size is great, texture is great.Light, with no fried oil aftertaste. In particular, the “Soy and Scallions” flavor tastes ok, but it isn’t enough to eat by themselves without add-in help!Cook time is fine.Packaging also excellent. If these were a bit less expensive, I might forgive the lack of “standalone” flavor tepidness and give them a 4 star as they sit. That’s the other rub in this case.Value is average.Flavor is average. With mix ins, 4 stars. So 3 stars overall.

Great flavor and texture, five stars would recommend
These noodles were so much better than the normal two for a dollar noodles you can get at the grocery store. The flavor was good. They cook really quickly and made a really great dinner for a family of four, and with leftovers!

Not worth the money, at all. Small on portion and flavor.
I love Momofuko. Eat there every time I'm in Vegas and we always bring a sampling of their sauces home. This is not that. Not even in the same ballpark.Tried all three flavors in sampler pack, at the same time, and it was a good thing we did. The amount of noodles in one package isn't even a portion size big enough for a child. Even at three packages, we found ourselves steaming up a handful of soup dumplings afterwards to satisfy our appetite. If portion size was the only complaint and the flavor was even half as good as the marketing claimed, we'd still be happy though. I really wanted something close to the Momofuko flavor and I was willing to make a couple pouches at once to make it a meal. However, the flavor was firmly in the "meh" category too. The spicy, wasn't. The Soy and Scallion needed additional soy sauce because there was such a mild flavor, and the "Tingly" had zero tingle. It just tastes like a splash of soy sauce with a dash chili oil. Every bit as underwhelming as the other two. None of the flavor packets contained enough seasoning to even coat the miniture portion of dried noodles and we found ourselves digging in the pantry for extra soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar to try to give it some form of flavor. In the end, a complete let down and I'm certainly left with the feeling of being ripped off. These are an absolute bad value and a shameful play on the name of the restaurant to charge a premium price for a sub-par product. At the current sale price ($47 for 15 pouches), you're paying over a dollar an ounce for these noodles (see the photo for a size comparison with the two top brands of instant noodles) Your standard Top Ramen pack has more noodles and more flavor and comes in at around ¢25 a pack, not on sale. Typically , you can buy them all day at around 10-15 cents a pack. Even the Shin Black (what we're told at the Asian grocery is the "gold standard" for instant noodles) at $8 for a five pack bag is a far superior choice. Much better noodles with so much more flavor.Frankly, I wouldn't buy this product again, regardless of price. It just wasn't good. Matter of fact, it was bad. Bad enough to make us second guess our love of the Momofuko brand.
