DC 12 Volt RV Truck Air Conditioner ac unit, Intelligent inverter parking air conditioner 12V (white)

Customer service is horrible. Told me if I return it that I would have to pay $300 shipping costs to send it back. They sent me the wrong product and I still had to pay for the return. The shipping fee was actually a $100. They were saying $300 so i wouldn't send it back. I bought from Chligo and the customer service was excellent and they will cover the cost for the return. I referred friends to Chligo and one of them had to return it and they covered the costs even after the 30 days. Stay away from Treeligo, bad customer service and culminating in English is a concern.

Came with a book about 4 pages long, got the same feeling of a kids coloring book at the doctors office.But in all seriousness even tho it was the shipping that cost the most I had no information really on how to put the thing together. Leaning heavily on the "I'll pay someone market" the us is so accustomed to. Hate it if it's my machine I should have a fully flushed out document of what it is and how it works. Then should decide if I have a "professional" do it. Thats another rabbit hole.trying to find a "trained professional" to work on anything other then what they sell approve of and has already ran for 3 months. This part has nothing to do with this product but because the instructions left so much to be desired this is somthing else I've discovered in this process. Most hvac/ac (and I have to use Quotations again here) "Install companies/ repair" won't work on anything self installed, bought out of their preferred groups, or hasn't already been running. Crazy that we have a whole Industry set for this and they say they can't do what would more then often be written right on there shirts right over their names. Got a bunch of Joe bobs and Robert's walking around Scoffing at the new generation of works but are afraid to tackle a "hard job". I roll my eyes at all of it so hard I'm doing back flips.

Looks good pacakage good but no install instructions or way to find them .... for 1k It should have them..

Im using this from 2 years and i have very bad experience I hardly request to no buy this Chinese company’s products specifically this AC.. save your mony and buy something good 👍
