Q: Does this fit a 1 ml Monoject oral syringe

I'm sorry I do not know. They are small. I don't use them for oral application.

Q: Should i wash these before using them for oral meds on my kittens?

Can’t remember if these are sterile or not. Nevertheless we did not wash them before using

Q: Would these be good for freezing small amounts of breastmilk?

I don't think so. They are very thin and only hold a small amount of liquid. We use them to give our dog Thyroid Medicine.
