It works great. I fell asleep and slept the whole night and woke feeling refreshed

Doesn't work for me.I have been using this product for several days now and I still wake up about every 2 hours. The ingredients in this product makes it sound so good but something is either missing, the amounts are wrong or the combination is wrong. I would not waste my money on this product. I am having dreams that are not pleasant and I feel foggy for about 3 hours in the morning.

All I can say is that it helps me get some sleep. Helps me dream more. Slight grogginess in the morning.

I've been a dysfunctional sleeper for many decades. Primal Sleep Capsules, long with a 12mg melatonin tablet, along with a CBD Extra Strength Nasal Spray MIGHT allow me to sleep 4-5 hours before waking up, not feeling rested. After reading or watching TV for a couple of hours, I once again feel sleepy and typically sleep 1.5 to 3 hours.This second sleep is always my 'good sleep' where I feel rested. Some days, usually one or two days out of the week, I will descend into a foggy mental state for much of the day, unable to operate an automobile or do much of anything else. Not sleepy but not 'all there'. My new PCP recommended I switch over to a drug that is described in literature as 'can be used as a veterinary tranquilizer' - I may yet try it.

This was supposed to be good according to the internet and it didn’t work for me. I struggle to fall asleep and typically take 40 mg of Melatonin each night. I tried these pills without the melatonin and didn’t get sleepy. I then had to take them with the melatonin.Now I’ve been using just melatonin for the last two weeks and that works better than these pills. I may have a slightly high tolerance for sleep aids as typical OTC pm pills don’t work for me either. I now take usually 50 mg of melatonin to get sleepy. Willing to try something different because I don’t want to take 40 or 50 mg of melatonin, it’s a little high.

Did nothing...I tend to wake up 2 or 3 times throughout night, restless sleep..melatonin helps to get me to sleep, but not stay asleep..was hoping this would give me more solid longer rest..unfortunately, no change at all in sleep pattern, and I even increased to 3 pills, and felt nothing.

After trying a slew of products and remedies that claim to bring restful sleep with no side effects or grogginess the next day, I have now added this to the list. I was hopeful at first, but after a week of absolutely no change to my sleepless nights, this rather expensive product is sadly like all the rest of them - Snake Oil in pill form! Don’t waste your money!
