Picture quality is very good, I am using Amazon fire stick with this one and result is awesome. Kids are using it as a TV. Speakers are not there so you need to use ext. Speakers. You can directly connect aux cable to monitor there is provision.

I have just started using this Monitor and it is too soon to make judgement. However, based on a review of two days here goes.:)1) Build quality is excellent, though it does not match it's very old brother, VG1921VM 19 inch monitor bought in 2004. That old monitor was built like a Patton tank. Lasted me till 2023 until one idiotic service technician messed it. Still miss it.2) Packaging is excellent. Comes with a basic manual, power cable cum adapter, HDMI cable and one single small screw for the stand.3) Has separate buttons for all controls. Quality on a initial look is good.4) Has basic menu adjustments as well as deeper adjustments for an ultra budget monitor.5) 5 years warranty as part of the purchase price. No other company is offering this. 3 years onsite and 2 years at the service centre.:(1) I wish the adapter was built in. One less box. Or they could have provided with a bracket behind the monitor to hold the adapter.2) They could have also provided a Display port on this price range.3) I wish all companies brought back the scroll adjustments wheel like they used to have in the Samsung Sync Master monitors. Was easy to adjust and precise.4) Only one screw to hold the whole stand together. One feels afraid that it will fall off the stand. My old Viewsonic one had 4 solid screws.5) Screen wobbles a bit, but not by much.6) No swivel adjustments available7) Sound from the 2W speakers feeble. Look for a soundbar or the like for better sound.8) No cable management available here.OVERALL COMPLETELY RECOMMENDED AT THIS PRICE POINT. BETTER THAN ZEBRONIC OR MARQ MONITORS. BRANDED WITH A 5 YEAR WARRANTY. FULL MARKS TO VIEWSONIC.

Resolution and display is very good. Nice one.

Display quality is as expected. Nice 1080p VA panel with good black levels, the backlight is too bright for my liking. At 6,249 this is a lot of quality display. There will be screen tearing if Freesync/GSync isn't enabled. It's compatible with 75hz but I deliberately run at 60Hz because my laptop doesn't support GSync. Black smearing is also noticeable, but not offensive; it's a VA panel.Build quality is suspect, the lower left bezel appears to be scuffed compared to the lower right. Functionality is not compromised, and the Viewsonic warranty is long enough for peace of mind. Audio output jack is not good, there is a lot of ground loop noise.

It is almost 2 years since I have been using 'this monitor'. First of all, the product is good and I have no complaints about it. Now coming to the MOST IMPORTANT matter. The monitor I ordered (which is the one here, i.e. VA2215-H-1N) is NOT the one I received from Amazon (which is VA2215-H-1N). Amazon advertises this (VA2215-H-1N) one to be having a maximum refresh rate of 100 Hz, which is true. But they instead sold me (VA2215-H-IN1) with a maximum refresh rate of 75 Hz.First of all, this issue never came to my observation because I never required a higher frame rate than 60 Hz for my works. Given I have been using the HDMI cable offered with this product, I felt that the monitor's refresh rate was limited by the HDMI cable's data transfer rate capacity. So when I felt the necessity to go for 100 Hz, I decided to obtain a premium quality HDMI cable that allows higher data transfer rate (typically >100 Hz). To my surprise, I realized that this a totally different version of the VA2215 monitor, that I have been using for 2 years, that offers only a maximum refresh rate of 75 Hz.So, dear Amazon, since I have >1 years of warranty still left on this product, will you kindly take it back and give me the actual product that I paid for?PEOPLE SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BUYING COMPUTER COMPONENTS IN AMAZON!!!

Good monitor for the price. Usually a fan of IPS panel but this VA panel impressed me. Good colour reproduction, viewing angle and the contrast - exactly what expected from VA panel.Go for it if your budget it tight. Looks wise it's compliment set-up.
