Hello and thank you for considering SLEEP. It means a lot to us. Metabolic balances are required for a good night’s sleep otherwise it may cause you to frequently wake up in the middle of the night. Trace minerals like Chromium can be extremely helpful in regulating this process that is why we wanted to have in our formula. Please note that this is a very small amount of Chromium [0.3mg (300 mcg)] in order to avoid any stimulatory effect. Still, people react differently herbal supplements, it works wonders for some and not so well for others. You may want to try and take 3 caps it may help you relax a little bit more. I don't make this product but I take this product with melatonin as I need it with most sleep aids.
