The quality of the materials is superb. The design of the box, the interchangeable covers, and the manipulatives for each activity function perfectly. My toddler loves each activity and it keeps him engaged for quite a while. The designer clearly put some thought into the activities, as there is a progression and increase in difficulty with each one. My toddler is currently 17 months. He can do several of the activities independently at this point, but he is still challenged by a couple of them such as the magnetic worms and the shape sorter. This is one of the main reasons I love this Montessori toy because he can engage in activities he simply enjoys and has mastered, yet he is still challenged. There are so many skills this toy helps with such as fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and engagement time. My one obvious suggestion for parents is to limit the manipulatives given to your child so that he/she only has access to the set that goes along with whatever interchangeable cover is on the box. Otherwise, it’s quite likely that he/she will get them all mixed up (and possibly get confused).

My son really learned with this toy. He has a lot of fun putting the ball in the hole. He now puts the ball in every container he can find lol I love how versatile it is and how it can be used for future milestones. The only chokable pieces are the worms that are obviously not meant for younger babies, but overall I consider it safe. The colors are vibrant and the pieces are color coordinated. It's wood so it has some durability. I think for the price, it was worth it 👍🏻 Would make an awesome gift!

Love this toy. It's well designed, packs compact, has a nice solid feel, well finished wood and can grow with the baby. I highly recommend only getting out one activity at a time so that the novelty remains. See which one they are interested in and let them master it. My baby loved the "worms" as soon as she could sit and grab little things. She is 12 mo now and loves the big balls that come down the ramp. We addj g some "carrot"time every now and then. We will introduce the magnetic fishing pole soon. Mt only complaint (and its small) is that the blue coins need to be a different color than the topper with the coin slot-- its hard for them to see the contrast. Even with that, I will be buying this for other moms.

Quality of this product is fair for the price. This type of gift is my go to 1st birthday present. Some of the pieces are a little small so use with guidance. I love the versatility of this though. Lots of options to keep attention and work with different fine motor and problem solving skills.

I had had eyeballing this toy for a fee months waiting for my son to turn the right age to buy. We are NOT completely disappointed but I want to point out the cons first-CONS:FIRST OFF BEWARE CHOKING HAZARD- Bought this for my 18 month old son who thrives off of Montessori toys and learning. Unfortunately he believed the little magnetic worms belong in his mouth. They are so small that a full one can fit completely in his mouth with out showing. Needless to say all the worms are put up until further notice. The red topper for the balls to drop into took a bit of work to get in the first time. It seemed that it had warped, but now it fits just fine. The first day we had the toy, my son pinched his finger where the flap closes. The second day we had to the toy, the whole bottom and flap part that catches the ball and coins came off. It seems that it's just glued, so I'm sure I can fix it, it's just inconvenient. Plus I'll wait since it has pinched him. We have one carrot that falls through no matter what.PROS:All in all IT HAS BROUGHT JOY to my little boy. I haven't been disappointed in the function of the toy and the fact that it is a winner and I'm sure it could be even more so if it wasn't as defective as mine and if the worms were made as big in diameter as the carrots at least. The first day he recieved it, he couldn't stop playing with it. It makes him so happy. He can sit and play with this item for hours on end. When he comes to find that I've exchanged the pieces out to make a whole "brand new toy" he lights up. He loves watching the ball drop through the top and come out the end. He loves trying to figure out the coins... now I wouldn't trade that joy for anything in the world!!!

Bought twice for 2 of my kids over the years. They both loved it and worked on their motor skills while having fun. Recommend as a gift or just because!
