Update: Yes, the smaller size fits much better and feels more comfortable. I’ll still stick by my original saying that you need to measure because it is more accurate sizing that way! And even if you were on the higher end of the smaller size, I would still go for the smaller size.Also, I do feel like it’s helping my posture so far I have only wearing it for about 45 minutes to an hour per day as recommended at first, and then it says you can increase the time you wear it. You don’t want your body to depend on it, you just want it to help you.I think I just bought the wrong size. I normally do not measure. I just go by what my normal sizes are. But you definitely need to measure! I will update my review when I get my new size. But it was kind of uncomfortable and I’m pretty sure I was sent previously returned item. Hopefully the better size will fit better and feel more uncomfortable.

This is the second pink back brace I have purchased from this company. I am anout 118 to 124 lbs A small fits me perfect. Or course all straps are adjustable. I have tbre ruptured disc in my bra line of my spine and now adult scoliosis. This helps me so much! I would not be able to do my house work or yard work without this brace! I wear a t shirt under the brace.I highly recommend this brace. It is a God send!

I actually love this posture corrector but I am petite with a small frame and I think the shoulder straps are a little too wide for me personally, almost feels like its cutting off circulation. So for that I will be returning, but other than that it does what it's supposed to do and just emphasizes how bad my posture really is lol.

I was really hoping this back support brace would help with my posture and back pain, but unfortunately, it just doesn’t work for me. I have a curvy body, and the fit is awkward and uncomfortable. The brace digs into my sides and rides up when I move, instead of staying in place and providing real support. It feels more restrictive than helpful, and I actually ended up more sore after using it.The design seems more suited for straight body types there’s not enough adjustability or stretch to accommodate curves properly. If you have a fuller figure or curves, I’d recommend looking for something specifically designed with that in mind.

Perfect fit! After a long day of work I would get home exhausted and with a horrible back and should pain......... Now, I get home after work and I feel good, no pain and can do yard work.

I’ve noticed my back is hurting more after sitting at my desk for long periods of time for work.This not only helped my posture while wearing it but I am intentionally standing up straighter during normal activities!

I really want to like this but I'm not sure I got the right size. The top doesn't lay flat against my back. Based off the measurements I was in between a medium and large so I went for a large. I think I should have got the medium. I don't want to send it back and get the medium and then realize I should have stuck with the large. I guess I'll try to stick with it.
