Are these machine wash or dry clean only? the product description says both.

These bed pillows are machine washable with tumble dry low

do these come with a pillow cover?

They do not. However, they were well worth the price regardless.

Will these work well for kids loungers?

My special needs granddaughter uses them to help support her in her bed and on the couch and chairs so I would think they would work on loungers also. We have had good luck with them and like the pillows.
