I don't even leave reviews but this product has blown me away with regards to the quality of the product, the packaging, the price and the delivery.To start with, the ice bath was delivered a day early which was a real treat as I was excitedly counting down the sleeps.Secondly, the packaging was second to none with clear instructions and even spare pieces should you need it in the future.The assembly didn't take me long at all and I was surprised at how quickly the tub fills up. The ice bath also came with a free ice pillow gift which was a real treat and surprise as well.The ice bath is spacious and feels extremely sturdy and I can comfortably climb in and easily sit cross legged in there ( I am 5ft 9).I often sea swim to help with my pain as I suffer with an autoimmune disease which causes me joint pain so I bought this to allow me to be able to continue to feel the benefits of cold water therapy all year round even on days where the weather isn't great or I can't make it down to the sea.The cold water is a huge relief and even after only one 15 minute session in there tonight (my first go) I can confidently say this will help me no end and I came out feeling amazing.I would definitely recommend this product and with having the extra promotional 30% off voucher it made it a real bargain!

What I love most is the size — I’m 6ft tall and had struggled with other ice baths that were just too small or too shallow. This one gives me enough room to sit in fully submerged without feeling cramped, which makes a huge difference for recovery.Setup was quick, and the insulation holds the cold very well.Highly recommend for anyone taller or looking for a bit more space than the average plunge tub offers.

Bought this for my wife’s birthday. It was very easy to put together is great value. I am 6ft, and can fit in it easily. The top cover that came with it had a small defect and when raised with Polar, they immediately sent a replacement which arrived the following day.So not only is it a great product, it is backed by excellent customer service.We bought some interlocking foam squares to put underneath to make it more comfortable than just sitting on the patio.

As a family we wanted to improve our mental and physical health. I heard a lot about ice bath therapy and decided to buy one for father's Day knowing that everyone in the family would use and benefit from it. The Polar Recovery Tub was very reasonably priced and the only tub I could find with 12 months warranty.My husband was thrilled to receive his tub but unfortunately there was a tiny hole at the very top which only leaked when the water level increased when the tub was occupied. I contacted the seller, who instantly replied reassuring me of a replacement. I had several messages keeping me informed of my replacement, tracking information etc. I have never experienced customer service quite like this. Amazing! This is why we should support small businesses as they look after their customers. I can't tell you how impressed I am of their level of service. I would recommend them whole heartedly.The tub, is incredibly easy to put together, it takes up little space In the garden. It comes with an elasticated lid that keeps bugs and leaves out, a floating thermometer, water outlet spout with hose and pump for inflating the comfortable ring around the top of the tub. It's incredibly sturdy and very spacious inside. We are already enjoying the benefits of the tub and only wish I'd bought one sooner.

The ice bath was delivered on time and come nicely packaged it come so well packaged that I didn’t think a ice bath could possibly be in there, once it’s out of the packaging I was set to building the bath which was super easy and came with instructions and also you can scan the qr code to get instructions on YouTube the only thing I couldn’t workout is the longish plastic white tube which my 18month old love to play with I guess it’s he’s toy now. Then I got the non slip mat out which is a really good quality mat I love this idea of not having to get out onto the dirty floor outside known I’m safe to get out quickly. I set my ice bath on top of the Matt and filled it with cold water once full you can see how good the quality and sturdy it is, this is a great product and worth the money. I will definitely recommend anyone to this company who is looking for an ice bath.
