Good Quality
My only complaints and they're minor are that the corners of the wood were a little sharp, nothing a quick sand doesn't fix and that the spring is a little tight. The knife looks great and does what it should. I'm also impressed with Sheffield brand of blades. I've abused this knife pretty heavily from day one and haven't even need to flip the blade yet. I may order replacement blade from them in the future. very high quality and retains the edge. I love this knife.

Good knife
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Husband gave his up at hospital. Decided I would replace it for father's day. I chose this one because I liked the look and it had a case

great quality and price
great for being out on the ranch and having a sturdy knife on hand. fits on your belt with the case, or in your pocket without the case. very good quality.

STURDY, ATTRACTIVE—BUT VERY VERY HEAVY
Just be aware that you’re getting a strong but very heavy knife — the body is steel. The opening action is so stiff that you’re not able to flip it open with a thumb like some of the others. And the handle is sharply squared off — not rounded in your hand at all. It will work, but it’s not something you toss in your pocket and don’t notice.

Solid and comfortable/ hard to open
I like the way it looks with the wood in the handle scales. It feels solid in the hand. It seems to be hefty and well made.My only complaint is that it is too hard to open. I have other knives of this type that I can flick open. Even with the thumb stud you cannot not open it with one hand. It is stiff with two hands. The blade changing mechanism leaves little space to grab on and open it without displacing the blade changing cover. I think the problem is that the spring on the lock is too strong. This is good as far as keeping it in the locked position. The strong spring makes it too hard to get the knife open. I had hoped at first I could work it loose or oil it to make it easier. This is not the case. I took 2 stars off because I value quick deployment a lot.
