Adjustable height and sturdy table
This was a gift for my sisters 40th birthday and she put it together in just an hour. It has an adjustable height size which makes this a great option for anyone short or tall. It is very sturdy and even though it is heavy, it is worth every penny for its value as you won't need to buy another sewing table again. Functionally, it has additional shelving on the bottom and the end can fold up so it can fit in a smaller area. Just be sure you look at the original measurement sizes as it can get taller, shorter, and wider as well. The design was pretty easy to put together and the instructions were clear when putting it together. A great gift to give or even just get for yourself if you're just starting to sew, quilt, etc or even for the experienced. Great table!

Functional and Sturdy
Very functional piece of furniture. I particularly liked how quickly the drop-down leaves made the workspace expand as needed without permanently taking up extra room. I also found that the two shelves beneath the table top added additional space to keep things like an iron, wool ironing mat and project bags close at hand.I’m 79 years old and had no trouble putting together the table by myself, even though most of the assembly is done on the floor and standing the table right side up took some muscle. The directions for assembly were clear, all the various parts were all provided, and the overall quality of this piece was impressive. It is sturdy and quite heavy. The one drawback was that the wheels could have been larger because they are minimally sized to move such a heavy table with ease. And, forget about using the gray hanging bag that comes with the table. The “fabric” of the bag is a paper-like material that rips easily, not particularly functional, and is just plain ugly! However, I’m enjoying the table and am glad I bought it.

Great table for sewing room
This table is wonderful. It went together without problems and is sturdy. The side wings are easy to raise and lower. The table can be raised to a height that allows me to cut patterns without bending much. My back really appreciates that. It rolls well and allows easy access to all sides. It has a nice flat surface that is easy to clean. My husband uses it also and likes it.

Happy with the product
I really like this craft table. It offers so much work space but folds up so small it hardly takes up any room at all. It's perfect if you don't have space for a designated crafting area in your home. The wheels make it very easy to move it out of the way if I need to.I like that the height is adjustable, so I was able to set it to almost exactly the height I needed when it was put together. The height is not easily adjustable once it's assembled--the adjustable height is more to give you a wider range of initial options rather than adjusting as needed. In order to change the height the table has to be completely cleared and turned over so the bolts on the legs can be adjusted. Keep that in mind. This is much sturdier than other folding craft carts I've had in the past. It wiggles a little bit if I shake it because the materials are a little light, but nothing compared to flimsy craft store carts I've used before. I'm comfortable setting my sewing machine up on this without worrying it will wobble as I work or collapse from the weight.Putting it together is similar to other assembly-required furniture. It's not terribly complicated, but you need a lot of clear floor space and it's time consuming. It will go faster if you have an electric screwdriver and a friend to help. Also, check all your hardware before you start assembling! One of the pieces of hardware for mine was damaged. The seller replaced the piece for no additional cost, but the thing had to sit unfinished for over a week while I waited for the replacement to arrive. My only real complaint is I wish the shelves were easier to get to. Maybe they could be put on tracks that slide out or something (it would cut down some of the vertical space but the convenience would be worth it imo). It's difficult to get under there to get things that are on the middle of the shelves; I either have to go in through the sides and try not to knock things over as I reach past them, or I have to lean under the table top to get at things that way. It's just a pain. For that reason I knocked off a star.

Perfect for quilting
Exactly what I needed for my quilting projects. Great size for cutting, piecing and ironing on a mat. Great price and very stable. Easy to put together although it did take me 3 hours but that’s because I’m old and can’t crawl around on the floor like I use too.

The leg height is adjustable. Know how tall you want it.
This is a nice, sturdy table. It works well and does what I was hoping it would do. It was, however, a bit challenging for me to build. I’m small and weak and 77 years old, so I needed help setting it right side up when it was completed. I suggest looking at the illustrations very carefully before you screw anything together. You do not want to have to take it apart and re-do anything!

Melvin Home Hobby Table
The Malcom Home Hobby Table is fantastic! It was easily assembled (by my husband), sturdy & perfect height for me. I needed the width to fit my cutting mats and length to create a pressing space. It had to be multifunctional at a reasonable price. The sides fold down easily when not in use. Love it!
