Very Basic
No concept is covered in detail. Vague information. 90% of book is covered with pictures of different exercise. One would hope some routine and diet plan for beginners, intermediate and advanced athelete but there is nothing useful in it.

Quality and Content
The photos of this book are dull, dark, blurred, pixelated and unclear. Text is readable. Paper quality is good. Photos quality explaining the workouts are dull dark and unclear on pages 48,53,69,76,96,97,113,129,136,137,149,150,161,164 for normal understanding. Photos showing muscle groups on pages 65,99,131,145,152,158 are thumbnail photos enlarged 5-8 times more, to fill the page. These photos are blurred, pixelated and unclear. The photo showing cable reverse flyes on page 97 has been named as dumbbell reverse flyes. There are two separate identical photos showing front lateral dumbbell raises without any movement on page 93. With the kind of photos and typing errors the book should be priced at 100 bucks. How were these error overlooked before printing. Quality is bad due to unclear photos and ridiculous typing errors. When I am paying Rs. 448/- , I am also paying for the photos and information both. The photo quality is horrible and could have been improved before capturing on camera for publication into paperbacks for sale.

Waste of Money
Mostly there are large photos that take an entire page with little explanation about the exercises. The remaining information is very general and easily available over the internet. Diet consist of only 2 pages and a third page with only 2 vegetarian recipes. It is not worth 500/- Rupees. Extremely insufficient information for a very high price. Photos are heavily manipulated in Photoshop and look unreal. There are typing errors in the book, that have been overlooked and ignored before printing of the Book. This is a waste of money. Avoid this for other better options available in the market. Poor Print Quality for photos. Textual Knowledge is insufficient
