Cantu Natural Hair Wave Whip Curling Mousse,8.4 oz

For the price, I am very happy with Cantu hair mousse. I only use a little bit. It gives my hair the added body without drying hard.

Best lightweight mousse ever! It doesn't make my hair crunchy and gives it just a little bit of hold. I feel it's best loose wave hair texture or maybe tighter curl patterns on a refresh day. I have even used it after a shower and gone to bed with it and gives my hair a bit of hold and doesn't make it feel sticky or as if there is a film on my hair

I have thick, wavy to curly hair and the Cantu line works really well for me. I ordered this to try it because I recommended all of there products. After the first use I fell in love with it, I also use the line of shampoo and conditioner with it. It is very light, no residue feel on my hair which I love. It didn’t make my curls as curly as when I use the curl activator but I did like this. It made my hair very soft and naturally looking, made my curls seem bigger with great definition. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t like the feel of product in their hair but needs something to hold curls and help with frizz.

This is a good product. I can tell that it enhances my curls. Best of all, there is no crunch after it dries. Great for air drying!

For a mousse, this is very light and airy foam and distributes easily through my hair. Has a light coconut scent.I have 2C hair which is mixed wavy/curly. My texture is thick/coarse strands prone to dryness and extreme frizz. For my hair type, I need to use products when my hair is wet and then air dry or diffuse. This product works wonders for my hair!

I didn't love this product and it definitely didn't work for my hair. I have dry, tight curls that need hydration. Overall this product just really did not work for me. I didn't love the scent. I didn't love the texture of the foam for the mousse. And it didn't provide any hold or structure for my curls -- I really feel like it ended up weighing my curls down.

I have fine, caucasian, 2c hair. This stuff is amazing. It is not crunchy and defines my curls perfectly for bounce and shine. It does not weigh my fine textured hair down. I use some Cantu curl activating cream first, then dry it part way with a diffuser, then scrunch in a bit of Cantu wave whip and dry the rest of the way with hairdryer or just air dry. A bit of water with some conditioner added to a spray bottle, scrunched in revives my curls on day 2, 3 as well.In the summer humidity, I will probably have to add a small amount of gel, like KCCC, for a bit of extra hold. But this is a fine product for me when the dew points are not too high!!

This is really a great product. I didn't know what I was in for, but I'm glad I purchased it cuz it's exactly what I wanted
