Better than expected !

The scooter became unserviceable after 1 year of usage. However, R for Rabbit has provided with excellent customer support by providing with the broken spare part within a record time. Thanks to Amazon and RforRabbit

I purchased this scooter a month back. Now have the push pin that helps with hieght adjustment broken as well as two small steel rods that keep the vertical handle forward looking also came off.. Now the scooter will need extra effort to go straight, else it will go sideways.. Reaching out to the company for repair, let's see what is the response. Apparently, the website says the product has 6 months warranty for manufacturing warranty... Wondering it will almost touch the cost of product to ship it and get it back, even if company is ready to fix the issues under warranty. For the cost of product (Rs. 3897/-), i did not anticipate such issues in one month time, to be frank. Will write back here based on what i hear from RForRabbitUpdate on 12th Oct : After raising complaint, R for Rabbit team promptly responded and shipped me the spare parts including the vertical rod as such in two free shipments after showing the problems through a video call.. Appreciate the sincerity and promptness sincerely.. They also send videos on how to fix using spare parts that helpedThat said, I must say you will be able to fix it only if you are a bit technical and if you have right tools et.. I had to get an align key and spend 3 hours before I could fix this most part of it.. So perhaps my original comment holds good - Product good until your first complaint..

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn other buyers about this incredibly disappointing experience. I purchased this kid’s scooter on Amazon hoping to get a decent, durable product for my child, but unfortunately, this scooter has proven to be of extremely poor quality.First of all, the build quality is substandard. The scooter seemed okay initially, but after just a few weeks of use, the wheels started making strange noises, and the handlebar began to wobble. I thought it might be a one-off issue, but it got worse very quickly. Within a month, the scooter completely broke — the wheel snapped off while my child was riding it on a smooth, flat surface. Thankfully, they weren’t hurt, but this could have been a serious safety issue. Even Amorim also don’t help me in this after requesting again and again .The materials used in this scooter are flimsy and cheap, and it’s clear that the manufacturer cut corners to save on costs. The frame feels weak, and the plastic parts are brittle. After just a month of regular use, the product is now completely unusable. It is very frustrating to have spent money on something that didn’t even last long enough to justify the purchase.I reached out to the seller for a possible refund or replacement, but the customer service was unhelpful and did not respond in a timely manner. Given the overall quality and poor durability of this scooter, I would not recommend this product to anyone.It's unfortunate that such a subpar item is being sold online, especially when it poses a potential risk to kids. Please avoid wasting your money and time on this scooter. There are much better, safer options out there that will last longer and provide better value for your money.

Purchased in 2021 and till writing this review after 4 years in 2024 its running like charm, very durable and good kick scooter, led lights glows when tyre spins, no sharp corners so its safe for children to play with.

Seems that some spring has broken down inside the scooter. Where to get it repaired? No idea…No customer support.
