Although it's not OEM it does the job well and all parts eventually disintegrate so I'm content to buy the more cost effective high value option.

You get what you pay for.
Gave these a shot because they had good reviews and overnight shipping. They fit well onto the headset (zulu 2/3) but are much firmer than the oem pads. I had to change the adjustment of my headset to accommodate the different width and I've had it set the same for 10yrs and multiple oem replacements. They became uncomfortable after about an hr whereas the oem replacements don't bother me at all until around 4-5 hrs. These aren't contoured the same, they are cheaply made and they don't breathe as well either. If they work well for you wonderful but I suggest going through lightspeed directly.

Good Zulu 2 replacement parts
Great value! Very easy to install on my Zulu 2 headset. Size and functionality are good. They are reasonably comfortable with good sound reduction.

Very Poor Quality
Purchased in Oct 2024 and the ear pad seams split on both sides in Jan 2025. Not left in the sun at all. Very poor quality.
