Very pleased with these bags
Very pleased with these bags. Got them on my bike about a week ago and they look sharp and seem to be solidly constructed. I like the inner reinforcements which I am hopeful will help them keep their shape for a few years. We will see. Love the way they look and believe they compliment the overall look of my bike. They have a decent amount of internal storage and easily holds my tool kit, rain gear, as well as riding jacket (denim), cargo net, sunscreen and an handfull of other small items. So that is to say it will pack what you need for everyday riding and have a little room for the extra thing you need. The only knock on them is that they aren't as universal as advertised. But honestly, how could they be. Bikes are all shaped a little different and have different options on them. So like a lot of other things I have put on my bike, I had to customize it. With the fender and two bag supports on my bike they just wouldn't span across and the bags both sit down where I wanted them too. So I simply cut a section of my old bags out and tapped a few wholes in it and then laced them together with leather. Net result was a custom fit that looks like it was made that way when the seat is on. Also there are anchor points on the bottom of the bags to tie off to the saddlebag supports, but there arent any laces or ties included with the bags for this purpose. Again I re-tasked the ones off of my old bags and it worked fine. You could just do zip ties for a more semi-permenant mount. For the price I am super impressed with them and even with the customization effort it took I would recommend these. Especially if your bike is slim side to side as it will likely be a throw them on (tie them down), load them up and go install.

Impressive durability
Never having owned a bike with saddlebags and being old and old school, I thought anything but 100% leather was an imposter. Till I saw my son's real thing bags fall apart from weather. Granted maybe he should have taken them off and inside every day, but if you park a Harley outside, you can't very well be expected to worry about a couple hundred buck set of bags. So I bit the bullet and gave him a set of these imposters for Christmas. Lo and behold, he still doesn't take them inside, but they're not falling apart a year later. Lesson learned - sometimes you're better off with an imposter.

WANDERFUL BAGS!
I was VERY impressed with these bags soon as I opened the box! They are PERFECT to mount on my Royal Enfield Interceptor saddle bag stays. They are very rigid, will definitely hold their shape over time! They really look like leather but are far more water repellent. I am going to hard-mount them directly to my stays as a permanent installation … the throw-over bits are easily removed. They look really classy with their discreet braided accents without looking gaudy. These are inexpensive, but are NOT cheap bags, they are of very high quality! About the only way any water could get inside is if you ride in a torrential downpour. I can honestly highly recommend these bags to everyone!

Great quality for the price
Mounted to my 98 yamaha vstar 650 classic just fine. You can smell the pleather plastic odor when you open the box. Hard sturdy pvc backing, bags can be removed from yolk by unscrewing two wing nuts from inside each bag, eyelets sewn into the edges to help mount to bike, comes with shoe laces but I used zip ties. Sofar it's good, I could see the quality is not the best, but really great quality for the price compared to $500 bags.

QUALITY WORKMANSHIP
I'm impressed by how well- made they are; seem sturdy enough and really nice looking. Haven't ridden in any rain with them so can't speak to that. The locking aspects seem too silly to bother with... They are bigger than I thought they'd be but that's ok, room for more stuff. I'm pleased with them so far, but we'll see how well those plastic quick-release buckles hold up. Only negative the 'shoe-lace' tie downs are kinda cheap/flimsy, so I used some chute cord for more strength.

Great saddle bags
I bought these for my Harley Davidson Sportster and have been very pleased overall with the value, quality and style. They have plenty of room and I’ve received many compliments. The only thing that I would improve is going to a one latch/lock on each side as it’s a bit time consuming to open that many locks when you need something. Although the double latch looks great, a single latch on each side would be more practical

Nice Bags for the Money
The bags are nice. They have a sold shell, not flimsy. Maybe a little large for my Sportster 1200 custom, but I am going to make them work. They will have to rest on the outside of my turn signal mounts. Great product for the money.
