Hubby got this for me almost 5 years ago. (Our dog finally got hold if it and used it as a chew toy.) Had tried a few other sonic brushes, but never liked any of them. I loved this one from the first use! It brushes, polishes and even cleans the tongue. Plus, the charging base has a UV light to keep the brush heads sanitized (can handle 4 brush heads at a time). This is really an excellent product at a very good price.

Long story short, they stopped selling my toothbrush head replacements for this other electric toothbrush I had so I went on a hunt for a new one and found this. I love it, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. One thing I don’t like is the toothbrush heads fray too quickly, otherwise the power, modes, size is perfect.

I haven’t used it for traveling yet, but with the case, I feel confident that it will keep everything protected. The vibration of the brush is a new experience, I’m used to the slower rate, so it was nice to feel clean teeth! And being able to clean the brush after each use! I would recommend this product to anyone.

I also found the brush heads to be difficult to put on and take off. I solved this prob!em by taking my fine finger nail file and lightly going around the head of the tooth brush, several times, which then then made the brush heads slide off and on very easy. Compared to my more expensive brand, was significantly cheaper. The 4 stars given was for the inconvenience of fixing "problem" myself.

I got the silver one and have had mine since Nov 2018 and still works like new. Never had an issue with charging. Sometimes switching out the heads have to use a little more force because it gets slightly stuck but always comes off. I love the timer on it and the different modes. Got the charcoal one for my husband and his still works well and hasn't had any issue either.

The reason I had to purchase another electronic toothbrush was due to the slippery toothpaste on the handle. When shifting my hand around to clean the backside of my teeth, the toothbrush slipped out of my hand and the bristles end landed vertically on the ceramic title and broke with the post stuck inside and not able to be retrieved without damaging the holder.

I received one for a Christmas present in 2018 from my Grandmother. I like it and it's still working, though not holding a charge as long. I bought one for my fiance several months later. He told me this week that the motor is no longer working. As of November 24 I can no longer receive any help with this product and I am now stuck with an electric toothbrush that doesn't work and base that is useless. The ewaste I now have to deal with is a huge bummer for me.UPDATE: So, I'm normally a pretty understanding consumer, but today, I am possibly the angriest I've been with a purchase in a very long time. Not only did my fiance's brush completely stop working only a couple of weeks ago, but now MINE is also not working. I have no idea what happened since I worked perfectly fine last night and this morning is not working what-so-ever. Not only do I have one useless charging station and base, but now TWO.

This is my 2nd toothbrush. My first one is starting to misbehave after 8 or so years of constant use! I don’t want to be without it’s replacement when the OG really ceases to function. I don’t use this toothbrush for travel and I mIss it. I would recommend.
