I was pleasantly surprised that it worked on our drive - 50m from the house but the signal has to go through 3 brick and 2 very thick stonewalls so can't complain. I would imagine it would work at a much greater distance on a modern built home.

I purchased this system to monitor my driveway after a few incidents of vehicle break-ins at night, and I also installed a second sensor in a garage about 110 meters away.The sensor on my driveway works perfectly — it’s positioned on a gate post facing the house so anyone entering the drive triggers the alarm before getting too close. Around the home and garden, the system works great. It’s easy to install, set up, and the mobile notifications come through reliably.However, while the product claims a 1/4 mile (800m) open-air range, in my case with the receiver placed at a window and the garage sensor 110m away (with a line of sight interrupted by window glass and four houses), the connection doesn’t reach. This setup is too far for the system to work reliably.Summary:👍 Great for driveways, gardens, and areas around the home.👍 Very easy to install and pair with the app.👍 Mobile notifications work well.👎 Not suitable for longer distances if obstacles like buildings are in the way.If you’re looking to secure areas immediately around your home, it’s a solid choice. For anything further out with obstacles in the line of sight, it may fall short.

Doesn’t work with Alexa but other than that it’s good.If you live in the UK then the Alexa skill does t work.
