The screen is everything
I'm an Apple user, PC laptops are bad. I had been maintaining a top end MBP for playing Windows games -- but that machine entered a deep discharge state and if I'm honest, was never an appropriate gaming laptop (because in their own way, Apple laptops are also bad).I looked at most of the machines on the market and yikes -- the quality is garbage. Bad form factor, bad materials, more time spent making everything into a gimmicky black plastic rainbow than making a usable and attractive tool.Razer does a pretty good job here though. The industrial design and build quality are about 80% of what I'd expect, the keyboard is very good, the power supply is goo. The trackpad is pretty much shit compared to an Apple trackpad but way better than most. And there's no bloatware. Razer Synapse is even pretty good.I read that the 17" Razers have better thermal management and it means they get 10% better performance than the 15" with the same hardware. I also agonized over the fact that this laptop can't do 4k.In the end, I decided it was more important to me to power a great screen well than a bad screen poorly. And I made the right decision, this thing looks great. Plays movies great too. This is by no means a top end gaming laptop. But it gets 60 fps in Cyberpunk at 1444 in Ultra (when plugged in), and that's what I wanted. Can even enable ray traced reflections if I don't mind trading off something else.I have experienced some games (Overwatch, so no big loss there) don't like to run full screen on this thing, but they'll run fine inside a full screen window instead.

The MacBook Pro of PC Gaming Laptops
I just bought my 2nd one of this 3080 ti laptop. The first one we purchased 6 months ago for my wife, and has performed amazingly over that period. I previously had a 2019 model that I passed down to my teenage son who games constantly on it to this day with 4 years of amazing performance. I’ve owned MSI, ASUS. Dell/Alienware, and this is by far the highest quality of the bunch equaling the MacBooks I’ve owned for work in design, heat performance and build quality.Pros:-Very high quality aluminum case. This is not your run of the mill plastic gaming laptop. Wouldn’t look out of place in a conference room, almost looks like a black MacBook Pro with zero logos/lettering other than the Razer trademark.-Even playing fairly demanding games, the fans barely come on, and when they do, they are far quieter than my MSI.-Screen is phenomenal for seeing dark areas and great colors/viewing angles.-3080 ti graphics with 16gb of on board video ram, +32gb of ram future proof this machine significantly. The laptop this machine replaced had a first gen 8gb 3080 and this card destroys it.-Wi-Fi seems to be extremely fast, much faster than the laptop I replaced it with.Cons:-Screen is gorgeous, with great viewing angles, dark contrast, and amazing colors, but could have slightly better overall brightness. Almost reminds me of a OLED TV.-Price, but you’re paying for a premium product and one that I’ve found after 4+ years of owning Razer laptops, is well worth it. I will continue to give Razer my money if they keep this level of performance/quality up, and I was able to buy it significantly on sale ships/sold from Amazon LLC.

Great but with a catch!
First of all. I personally loved the laptop. It was sleek and a really well built machine. Very powerful very small. You won’t find a more attractive machine in the windows laptop gaming space at 15 inches and with such a slim profile. I only had it for about 2 weeks or so prior to returning. I use my laptop for VM deployments and gaming hybrid. The major reason for my return was the GPU wattage rating that was much smaller then it’s larger counter part Blade 17 165w.The blade 15 handles games superbly well, but compared to the 17 blade in most games, the 17 provides 10-15% more gaming performance. This is what made me switch over. If you are primarily going to game and don’t plan on moving the laptop around, go with the blade 17 as it’s the best in this price bracket. If you are always on the move, go with the 15.Now I don’t find the 17 inch to be very burdensome in terms of size and it is also the sleekest and thinnest in the scope of 17 inch laptops. If the 15 matched the performance of the 17, in terms of looks, it would be the racer blade 15 all day. The differences were enough for me to switch to the 17. The extra costs are for the benefits of gaming was ok with my budget.

I'm Not Mad, But I am Disappointed
Major Issues:1. Worst touchpad I've ever seen on a laptop, unusable for gaming, barely usable for internet browsing2. Screen is slightly warped, shows you a fun mirror version of your face every time it goes black3. Keyboard gets HOT while gaming, hurts to use4. Logo on black is cheap and plastickyI wanted to pay a premium on a laptop and get a high quality product in return. In my experience, that just never happens with Razer. You pay high end prices and get mid end products. There are things I love about my laptop. The OLED screen is gorgeous. It's extremely powerful. It has a full LED keyboard. But at this price point, all of that needs to be a given. If you're going to spend this much, any other brand can give you all of that, and frankly even better. And so for the build quality to be so poor besides the base pieces, it's just disappointing. I really wish I could recommend this laptop but I just can't.Do better Razer with the massive premiums you're charging, people are realizing your products are overpriced and middling quality.

Great for gaming on the go
I did a lot of research. I love this computer and games perfectly. If I had to give it one downfall, it does get a little hot one under heavy loads, so maybe invest in a laptop fan with it.
