I do a lot of hiking and having comfortable practical shorts is a must. These fit the bill. They are comfortable and have plenty of pockets to hold the cell phone, some money, and more. they are lightweight and breathe well. They wash well in the laundry and come out looking new, even after trudging through the mud.

These shorts are exactly what I have looked for a long time. All the pockets have zippers. They are great for keeping stuff secure when travelling. Materials is durable, quick dry and wrinkle free. The cargo pockets are also discrete and not the large ugly things on many other vendor product. I really like having elastic in the waistband and belt loops both. The waist is high so they stay up when bending or stooping.There are some things I had to change. All the pockets have dangling zipper pulls. They look bad and are probably tempting to thieves so I removed the ones on the cargo and rear pockets. They still work easily.I also found the legs to be too long for me which caused the hem to slid up and down on my knees when I walked. I folded the hem up twice and sewed it in place and now I don't notice them when walking.The right side cargo pocket is too wide. Zipper is fine, but pocket itself is so wide my phone falls over on its side and that is uncomfortable and make the phone difficult to extract. I sewed a line on the pocket from bottom to just below the zipper and 2" from the original back seam. Now, my phone slips easily in and out.One thing they need to change is the zipper length on the fly. They are high waisted shorts, which is great, but the fly needs to be longer toward the crotch for easier use. It is not a real difficulty, but could be better. My guess is they use the same zipper on all sizes of the shorts.I would like to to buy the shorts in colors other than black, (I did buy a couple in dark gray) but the MFG uses black zippers on all of them and I don't like the look. I think they should match all the zippers with each fabric for a classier look.Yes, these are my favorite shorts and I definitely would buy them again.

Somewhat of a different material. Good and very universal. A great pair of day shorts. Good for hiking. Quick drying, if they get wet. Nice enough to still wear inside. I often wear them to lunch . Very comfortable. I purchased a second set

I love wearing these shorts! They're lightweight, they're comfortable and stretch with your body, they dry before you know you're wet, and the material seems to hold up pretty well. The zippered pockets, however, leave something to be desired. Of the 5 zippered pockets present on these shorts, the zipper has broken on 2 of them. If those zippers weren't so cheap and weak this would easily be the best pair of shorts I've ever owned.

Exactly as described - great purchase

Shorts were purchased for a vacation trip to Cancun, Mexico 6/27/24 - 7/5/24 to celebrate my 6/30/24 birthday. The tags were cut in Cancun, Mexico 6/29/24 and worn for the hi time for an excursion plan to Xelhi. The first time I unzipped the left side pocket it got stuck and skipped notches to open and was off track to my surprise. It was apparently defective from the start. Very disappointed with the quality which could have just been a one off. However since I purchased in advance for trip was planned at end of monthI have passed the 30 day return policy which sucks since I have never worn them before. My advice is to try all aspects of items first especially if its for a special occasion which means opening and closing all zippers / buttons or whatever in advance not be disappointed like me..... zip zapped out of luck :(

not really sure what to say without being too positive - they are comfy, stretch, durable, they look good. i really cant complain. these are my go to shorts every time they come out the wash.I also wear them to work on occasion. which happens to be in a poorly ventilated warehouse in south Florida.... so it gets hot... yeah. get these shorts.. enjoy
