This is the smallest functional hoop I was able to find for tiny embroidery projects. I am pleased with the quality and sturdiness. I am able to make the cutest little mini pieces! I would absolutely recommend if you want to make projects intended to stay in the hoop.

I love these! The hardware seems to be very durable. And they're a perfect size for a Christmas ornament. I painted mine black, it soaked into the wood well.

Nice size to make memorial ornaments with a loved one's clothing. I do not have room for more pillows or teddy bears, but these ornaments are perfect to keep a piece of a loved one's favorite garment.

It is hard to put cloth on these for embroidery, it is a very tight fit. The screw to loosen the top hop is pretty hard to screw tighter. Stiff hoops.

I am very happy with these. I found them to be sturdy and well made-clean, no splinters.I am relatively new to embroidery and want to practice my leaves and flowers, but don't think I would enjoy a sampler; putting all that time in, I want something I can use. I purchased these so I can practice one flower or leaf on a small branch or stem and then use them as small Christmas gifts as ornaments. In our family, our ornaments are not just Christmasy looking, but often represent a person's hobbies, interests or preferences. I can make one for each daughter with their favorite flower or color flower and all of us love nature so my guys will appreciate a leaf or vine/branch. I purchased these embroidery hoops to use in cross stitching small Christmas ornaments. I have used only one of them, but it has worked very well... holds the fabric tight with no slipping of the fabric. It is just what I needed to complete my projects and I am pleased with the purchase.

Bought this to frame some very wee cross stitch pieces. Some are Xmas ornaments, some are just teeny for their own sake. These are good, strong frames that keep the fabric nice and taut. These also are quite sturdy. They don't feel flimsy at all.The screws I found a bit difficult to tighten properly, but that's just how my hands are. A small pair of pliers helped a great deal, and with the texture of the screws, no marks were left.
