My son has very flat feet and he had custom made inserts in my country. But those inserts started to get small and I started exploring alternate solutions by the time we go back to get new ones. I ordered these inserts and he loves them. He says it feels even better than the other ones. They're very sturdy which is what he needs. I recommend trying them if you have flat feet. He is 10 years old btw and it still works well.

Likes:- Feeling and improvement in plantar fasciitis pain- Improved posture, literally felt my muscular-skeletal system adjusting over the first few days of useDislikes:- Zero padding, not good for extended periods of use- Good for walking around the home or office but not suitable for extended walks ie walking around the city shopping or running errands- Can slip away from the heel of the shoe and cause discomfort or blisters if not adjustedSummary: The concept is great and they seem to be effective in addressing various orthopaedic issues but the execution needs improvement. I've since ordered full length insoles that seem to be constructed with soft foam, I believe these will be much more comfortable and suitable to longer walks.

I walk a lot all day; these have been a foot saver. I've been wearing them for three months. Highly recommend, buying a second pair. The shoes I wear them in, have flat soles (Tom's, loafers)Stopped my Plantar Fasciitis from coming back and my bunion (pronation) has been reduced. My heels feel great. I didn't realize I needed better arch support and it really improved my arch. They pop in and out of shoes very easily (in one shoe they are a bit high and my right heel can slip out at times).I've hand washed them - they dried right up, and they kept their shape and support.

These were way to big to fit in my Men’s 10 Saucony running shoes. These insoles are hard and not flexible at all.

These worked just fine and fit well in the shoe. Helped relieve the pain and provided good arch support. They were a good price. Certainly worth a try if you need extra support
