Hello everyone, Initially i was little bit scared to order this product as i have not seen in my friends houses but it completely astonished me with this mixer grinder,I bought it for my home .. As my mom struggles to use the regular grinder and its weight, so thought of trying this. First day we tried traditional red rice and dhal prepared the batter, it came out well and idly was super and soft too, There is no heating issue and there is less noise compared to the higher watt power it has. Happy to get such products from India manufacturing. Its a 3 jar mixie too. The better thing is they gave extra lid shoe and mixer blades too thanks once again

The grinder is not working and when I contacted the seller for warranty support they told me to show it to some local technician at my expenses. So the warranty support is not provided by the seller.Would Amazon look into this issue as I'm also a stakeholder in the Amazon's ecosystem.

Never was a huge fan of mixer grinder for the cheap quality machine inside while being covered with alluring plastics on top. Trust me Hans not only proved me wrong but surprised us with the product, its quality and its ability to serve the need beyond expectation. Finally, can say a 'Made in India' product made for the the world's kitchen needs. Thank you Hans!

The media could not be loaded. Hans product is very easy to use. I bought this recently. This Occupies less space. Small opening in the jar lid makes easy to handle in mid time. Locking feature in jar is very good.

Next-day delivery, good looking, and quite heavy (which means the motor is sturdy).Just unpacked. Good packing. Will post updates after using it for a few days.
